Thank you for your feedback.
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw from a contract in situations where a product is no longer available in stock. Unfortunately, this was the case with your order. As soon as we were informed about the stock issue, we processed a full refund to your original payment method.
To clarify, the refund was issued proactively from our side due to the product unavailability — it was not dependent on any action required from you. We did not request that you mitigate any refund costs however we informed you to expect such refund.
We regret that the wheels could not ultimately be supplied and understand this may have been frustrating. However, once the refund was processed, the transaction was considered closed.
Regarding communication, we responded based on the information available to us at the time. If any message was missed, this was certainly not intentional.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
According to the courier’s tracking information, the tyres were unfortunately delivered to an incorrect address by the courier company. An official investigation has been opened with DPD to determine how this error occurred and to resolve the matter.
Please note that we have up to 30 days to complete their investigation and provide a formal response. However, despite the ongoing investigation, we have already processed a full refund for your order today. The funds should be visible in your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We fully understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially given the value of your order, and we want to assure you that we are a legitimate company and take such matters very seriously. This situation resulted from a courier delivery error, which is currently being formally investigated.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the delivery. Please note that the standard delivery time is usually 4–6 working days, which means weekends are not included in this timeframe.
If there have been no tracking updates for the past three days, this may indicate that the shipment is currently at an international transit hub. During this stage, parcels are often not scanned until they reach the destination country. The next tracking update may therefore appear directly in Ireland at any time.
We understand that waiting without visible updates can be frustrating, however this situation is common with international shipments and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the delivery.
If your order does not arrive within the standard delivery timeframe, please contact us directly and we will be happy to investigate further with the courier company.

As previously explained, according to our Terms and Conditions we have up to 30 days to complete delivery. Your order remains within this timeframe.
The delay was caused by adverse weather conditions affecting the courier network. Such circumstances are beyond both our control and the courier’s control, which is also clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions. By placing your order with us, you agreed to these Terms and accepted this provision.
At present, the shipment is delayed by approximately 3 days, however, this does not exceed the contractual delivery period. According to the latest update from DPD UK, the tyre has now been located and may be delivered today.
We also need to address the manner of communication during the recent call. Any delay does not justify the use of offensive language, personal insults, or abusive behaviour towards our staff. Such conduct is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. We are committed to assisting our customers professionally and expect the same level of respect in return.
As mentioned earlier, we have an open investigation with DPD and are awaiting the final outcome. We will continue to monitor the shipment and provide updates where necessary.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We would like to clarify that APC is an external courier company and not our in-house delivery service. Unfortunately, once the shipment is handed over, delivery attempts and notifications are handled directly by the courier.
If there is one or more unsuccessful delivery attempts, the tyres are held at the local APC depot for customer collection or, after a certain period, returned to the sender according to the courier’s procedures.
We regret the inconvenience caused by the lack of notification from the courier and understand your frustration. Please be assured that we continuously work with our delivery partners to improve communication and service quality.
