Ordered 5 tyres ,5 tyres tires up completely wrong size to my order ,2 phone calls and loads of apologies,blamed the warehouse ,first and last time I use this company ,must have bad communication problems or someone who just dosent care about customer needs the correct ordered size .,gutted they were cheap for a reason

My tyres took a few days to arrive from Oponeo's warehouses in Poland and Spain, but I'm very grateful to Oponeo as they were the ONLY company that I could find in the UK that were able to supply me with a full set of Winter tyres (Pirelli Sotozero Series II). I will definitely use them again.

Great prices and service, tyres delivered to fitters within two days, smooth service

Outstanding service ordered two tyres on 4/12/25 and they arrived next day. You can’t get better than that.

I bought four tyres
Tyre 1 was 3.5 years old.
Tyre 2 was 3.5 years old
Tyre 3 was 4 years old
Tyre 4 was 8 years old.

Pretty shocking and awful customer service I asked 5 times to 3 different people when would the tyres be replaced to then be told they were out of stock.

Surely there must be some quality control to stop a 8 year old tyre reaching a customer.

Update 04/12/2025: Ive reached out as requested the customer services are slow and unhelpful. They have arranged for the tyres to be collected which happended two days ago and still no refund has been received. You would hope considering the circumstances for the return that they would at the very least be trying to rectify the situation with a swift return of my money. I've now lost the sale as my customer is sick of waiting. Oponeo I won't be using you again and I'd warn all other potential UK customers to give this company a wide birth. I'll upn date this further once payment has been returned.

Oponeo UK Branch cannot be trusted !!!

They do not provide Quality Control to there products and selling Overdated products( DOT) which is putting people at dangers , as the Garage Installers of picked from Oponeo website would not take the responsibility of product delivered and would not asses the safety of other as being paid separately just for installation , as the result you would drive off with unsafe tires if you wouldn't check yourself !!! I just put my only Love of my Life at risk - because others not fallowing Costumers Safety regulation of products sold , and Garage is Installers recommended didn't even seen an issue !

There Company policy is not about your Safety of the Costumer , and the answer from costumer service of UK branch especially proves , there is no empathy and understanding what Life principals are , Lady Tina cared more about the Tires being washed off before given back to oponeo instead message explained to her about serious principals - such as someone's Safety !

They of course offered refund , however what refund would return life back if things go wrong becasue of Doubled Ignorace !

General Department of Oponeo must get this , as will make sure this will be heading to OPSS.

My tyres arrived exactly when they said they would.

Be careful, I've been waiting for 6 days and I still haven't received the tires, it's a scam

Great service

I was dubious at the start, new supplier etc., but they were the cheapest and all was fine.
So cost was good, administration went smoothly, put them in reserve before I had paid for them and delivery also good, gave me a day and a slotted time and was able to track the van in real time where it was.

I bought a set of four tyres. The ordering online was a doddle. Straight forward and I was able to pay in monthly installments through Klarna. The tyres arrived in very good time. Ordered Sunday evening and they arrived Wednesday pm. Perfect. The only thing which left me a little disappointed was that all the tyres had different date codes but one stuck out like a sore thumb and was already over two years old. I don’t recall seeing anything on their website about dates and I’m sure some tyres do sit around for some time but 2 years? Sorry. It left a bitter taste and would make me think twice about ordering from them again as I don’t do high miles.
