extortionate price
While I was in Porto, I parked on rua as recommended by my hotel, but a robber broke the small triangular window of my rental car.
However, I had to pay compensation of 525 euros to opo rental car company. When I complained that the price was exorbitant, the owner gave me a set rate and it was fair. Do you think so too?
If I go to Porto again, I won't use opo rental car.

Good service and price
Good service and price. I booked a small car for 10 days and all went well with the car during my holidays. The staff was very friendly. I had to rang them at the airport to let them know I have arrived but for me that wasn't a trouble at all, they were with me in less than 10 minutes. All pick up and returning process was easy and clear. Paid for my full insurance at the rent a car, my suggestion is never pay for insurance when you are booking, don't know why but the rent a car cannot accept that one. Is not a thing just of this company I believe is for all rent-a-cars in Portugal. As I paid for comprehensive insurance no deposit was taken that I found great, other companies keep taking 300€ anyway. They ask for a credit card as the majority of these companies will do. I would recommend their services.
