discovered the Oppein company online and emailed them . A staff member directed me to their franchise in Mauritius. I have paid the full amount for my kitchen cabinets ,quartz countertop for oppein products , and installation. To this day, I am still waiting for the franchise to install my countertop. To my surprise, I discovered that the countertop delivered is not an Oppein product. I contacted Oppein's head office to inform them of this. They confirmed that the products were not from Oppein, but that the franchise was authorized to source them from another supplier. My question is: I paid for Oppein products, so why should I receive a different brand? Unfortunately, I have received no response, and my installation is still pending. I have tried contacting head office through every possible channel, but without success.

Total clown show. Moving to a new home and needed two queen beds. Ordered and paid for online, where they were listed as in stock. Gave the day for pickup. Arrived at store three days later with hired moving truck - they hadn't answered any calls in between. The head clown told me they had sold my beds to someone else due to "over selling", but "would I like a good deal" on the one king size in store? Their ad for the queen size was STILL RUNNING online. Had to drive across town to spend even more on two (much better) beds from Victor's Choice (total professionals).

Found Oppein at Canton Fair last year. Sales rep Jessica clocked my frazzled ‘I need warm, natural-looking cabinets’ vibe and dragged me to their wood veneer demo. The walnut grain felt like actual wood, not plasticky laminate. Took the plunge on whole-house cabinets: kitchen, closets, and a mudroom.

Ordered Oppein kitchen cabinets directly from their Guangzhou factory—wild ride, but ended well. 4 stars for the stress, 5 stars for the quality.

Zac’s the only sales guy who didn’t treat my budget like a joke. My contractor said the cabinet quality was surprisingly good for the price. Solid 4 stars.

The lacquer finish is ridiculously glossy—like, I caught my husband checking his hair in them yesterday. Still, zero regrets.

Wanted floating cabinets to make my tiny bathroom look bigger. Their 3D design tool let me ‘walk through’ the space virtually. Delivery was delayed by a week for weather issues. pro tip: Get the fingerprint-proof finish—my kids tested it. Passed.

Compared 5 companies. sophia didn’t push—just showed side-by-side material samples. Stunning. Still getting compliments a year later.

Our builder recommended OPPEIN for our renovation, and I’m so glad they did! The kitchen cabinets arrived earlier than expected, and the matte finish is exactly what we wanted. Shoutout to Michael in customer service for keeping us updated every step of the way!

Did my whole house with them—kitchen, closets, the works. I messed up measuring my bathroom and THEY caught it. Install crew brought coffee and fixed everything while I was at work. 10/10 trust them.

Almost canceled my order after reading horror stories about online cabinets. Glad I didn’t! OPPEIN’s 3D preview looked exactly like the real thing. JUST LOOOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!

VERY VERY VERY BAD, STAY AWAY, they take your money and do not finish the job 12months later. The manager Scott in Osbourne Park, WA has no regard or respect for peoples time and money. Go with this mob and make sure you ready to oull your hair out.

As a first time customer, i couldn't be happier. marvelous. The designers are meticulous, professional and knowledgeable. She understood my needs and made great suggestions. The drawers, cabinets, and hanging rods are all of good quality.

I received my customized cabinet. The size is just right and I like the style very much. I will recommend it to friends who need customized cabinets.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They messed up measurements big time. There reaction : cut a piece out of the wall and measurement mistakes are not ours!!!! Quality is not wat we bought and payed for. Had to wait more than 6 month! No reaction from head office. I never write reviews but now it is necessary.

Where do I start. This kitchen has been the biggest nightmare. So so much money down the tubes and nobody you can speak to or get help from. They were dishonest about quoting things and then raised prices at the end, the cabinets didn’t fit the appliances despite them having all measurements, the cabinets arrived with no instructions to assemble and I was forced to pay someone to come from China to assemble. I paid for these cabinets 3x over and have been waiting 6 weeks for them to send me new cabinets for the appliances and I can’t finish my kitchen. If I could give no stars I would. This is the most awful company and I have asked numerous times to speak with a supervisor and they do not let you. You won’t find a single number for a supervisor. DO NOT ORDER FROM OPPEIN

OPPEIN is very professional, and I am very satisfied with the product. I am very grateful to OPPEIN for his advice in the early communication, including color selection and styling. The real stuff is exactly what I imagined. At the same time, the adjustment of the height of the cabinet and the adjustment of the basin made me Avoided the stupid stuff, lol, thanks again OPPEIN for checking before shipping and paying attention to shipping, installation, I will recommend more people to choose OPPEIN.
