The absolute best. I had used others who have nowhere near the clout Optety has and thus was not expecting the great results. I was exposed everywhere and now I’m not. They are worth every penny.

I wish I could give Optery a million stars because they deserve every single one! As someone caught in a terrifying doxxing nightmare—where my family was getting harassing calls and sensitive info was being thrown around—I was desperate for help. Optery didn’t just step up; they blew me away with the kind of human, caring support you rarely find anymore. This isn’t just a company—it’s a team of real people who’ve got your back when the internet turns ugly.
From my very first message, their support agent, Allison, was a literal superhero. I poured my heart out about the stress of doxxers targeting my family, and she responded with such warmth and understanding that I felt truly seen, not like some ticket number. She didn’t just toss me a generic reply—she gave me clear, actionable steps to add multiple phone numbers and emails to my Ultimate Plan, which was a game-changer for locking down our info. Even when I mentioned budget struggles, there was no pressure, just pure encouragement and an open door to help anytime.
What makes Optery special isn’t just their tech (which is top-notch, scanning hundreds of shady data broker sites to scrub your info). It’s their heart. Allison’s replies felt like a friend saying, “You’re not alone—we’re in your corner.” Every email was fast (sometimes minutes!), thoughtful, and packed with care, proving they’re not robots but humans who get how scary privacy threats are. They even suggested a Family Plan to protect my loved ones, and while I’m still figuring out costs, their advice never felt salesy—just genuinely about helping.
Optery turned my panic into hope. They’re not just removing data; they’re fighting for your safety and dignity in a world where doxxers and scammers run wild. I’ve got mad respect for a company that combines cutting-edge tools with old-school compassion. If you’re worried about your info being out there—or worse, if you’re dealing with harassment like I was—Optery’s the real deal. They don’t just deserve your money; they deserve your trust and a standing ovation. Thank you, Allison and Optery, for being the heroes we all need!

You can tell you're working with the company that works for you they take pride in their work and you can tell as a customer. They respond to your messages with the answers that help. I wouldn't have it any other way. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you optery. Keep up the good work.

Optery has begun my journey of identity protection. It in conjunction to Proton and Aura I am hoping will lead to the ultimate fortitude of defense in depth for my online securities.

Really good service. They've removed the majority of my data. I'm a bit confused as to how they choose which brokers they put in each plan though. I feel like the Ultimate plan should specifically be for people with businesses who are constantly in data brokers' rotation. it would also be helpful if they could at least list the entire 615 that they are aware of so we can check on them ourselves. All in all, I'm no longer coming up anywhere when I do a google search so the service was very helpful.

Great site. It actually works. Removes ALL of those data collection sites with your addresses, relatives, etc. (I got the premium plan). TBH you can subscribe for a couple months until the stuff gets removed (I did this), then cancel, then go back and join again for a couple months after like a year when the stuff starts to creep back. :-)

Optery caught my eye as a reputable company according to some industry expert and I wanted to give it a try. As it turns out, this whole industry is rigged and no one can be trusted. They list 4 plans, 1 free and 3 paid ones, while only the most expensive brings some value. Extended and core plans have no major people search sites that I wanted to have my information removed from, which means it would have no impact on my online footprint. It looks like they deliberately put websites like whitepages, unmask, peoplefinders, radaris on Ultimate plan to make the most profit. So you basically sign up to $24.99 a month or you don't sign up at all. Also there is no phone number to talk to a real person and "priority email support" feature is a joke. As a customer, I should be able to reach someone if it's urgent matter. Not recommended.

The website is fast and intuitive. I had a great experience with customer support to clear out our questions; they replied quickly and thoroughly. I'll update later on the deletion results since it's ongoing.

I really got mixed results with Optery. In the first 30+ days, they made progress on the "easy" quick to remove items but then things went into crawl mode. They supposedly removed my info from 200+ sites but that's a far cry from the 600+ they claim to do. To be fair, some would require some photo ID which I would not provide but I would not expect that from the vast majority coming from a business that carries your temp Power of Attorney to execute requests to remove your data. For the cost...frankly it didn't seem to make a dent in any safety or security I expected to see from a removal. Google still reports to me plenty of sites popping up with my info and Optery just didn't keep up with it despite the monthly service. Wasn't a value for me.

They did great for the price. I receive 1/3rd the calls and nonsense I did before.

Excellent Service! There are only two many times I have to tell you thank for getting rid of Internet Parasites

I get a monthly report. It’s great to see my name deleted from these search engines used by nosy people who are willing to pay for the info. Well worth the money

I signed up for the core plan and I'm unable to find any information about me whenever I search my name on Google. Great service that I highly recommend.

I signed up for Optery about a year ago as my information was all over the web, and was exposed in several data breaches. I really wanted to limit exposure and curate a clear, professional online presence. This has given me peace of mind. I highly recommend this service!

The Optery service gets a lot of good reviews but in reality it yields poor real results. It did remove a few easy to remove items but nearly all of the removals claimed were actually no records founds and not removals, Most of the ones that were suposedly removed have no screen shot of the removed data or were sites that would not have had my data to begin with like arrest records from 30 different states Ive never been to. It seems to be a scam where they just keep getting you to pay for a higher level but don't actually do anything. New data bases are showing up faster than they are removing anything. Use the free scan and start removing the profiles yourself, don't waste your money on their paid services.

Bait and switch - Optery sells you a low-priced plan with a long list of major data brokers. But, shortly after you start using Optery, Optery moves some of the largest and most problematic broker sites to higher priced plans. You're forced to move to a more expensive plan, as much as 250% more expensive - to get the same coverage you had when you first signed up.
While Optery's three lowest-priced plans used to offer pretty good coverage, they're now padded with garbage sites like "Kentucky Arrests" while big data brokers like Intelius, Checkmate and FastPeopleSearch are now only in their most expensive plan.
Don't hope for customer service either. The chat function has a worthless AI and if it doesn't have the answer, it says you'll wait at least a day for a response.
I'd give Optery a hard pass.

I am very satisfied with Optery. Even the most basic of plans start working immediately and I already feel more secure - noticed a difference. I am so glad this company exists because having personal information online is a highly unregulated process and this helps to combat that in an easy way.

So far I am finding this service very helpful. I never knew there was so much information out there about me and it was concerning initially when I saw how exposed I was. Now I can see they are working to clean that up, albeit slowly in some areas, but I have been assured that is normal. I also find it very useful to actually see the sites that they have removed information from.... soooooo many data search sites.
It has definitely given me some peace of mind, and I would definitely recommend to others!
Thank you!
