Delivery with UPS is a nightmare
Delivery with UPS is a nightmare. First, they postponed delivery for operational reasons and aftwards they tell that they made a delivery attempt when i was there... For shipping cost of 18 EUR and afterward more than 50 CHF this is just not acceptable. It's not related to Bassol Optic, but to they delivery option. However, they should give information about estimated total shipping cost. They just mention the 18 EUR on their page. But this is just a fraction of the real cost.

Fed ex was awful
Fed ex was awful. Sent two emails that theyd deliver on Tuesday. They delivered Monday night. I Called and complained. Fed Ex called around noon and said they were delivering ASAP. They delivered at 715 pm. My husband waited all day. Terrible horrific delivery. I want to order two more pairs but will not due to your shipper. So fed ex is losing you money

I ordered a pair of Tom ford glasses and they came the next day! They were also good quality and SUPER cheap in comparison to what I should have paid for them, if I had bought them in my own country:)
