Ordered non prescription glasses 10 days ago but haven’t arrived!!!!!

Ordered non prescription glasses 10 days ago but not arrived. No lab work needed just simply send the frames! Can’t believe they’ve had my money for 10 days with no item received. No one answers the phone, no one answers messages left even email! What’s going on? This is poor customer service!! Where’s my glasses????
Finally today (30 th April) I received my refund after many more requests.
I think I was just unlucky with my order as there are lots of positive feedback with very happy customers.

Great, easy to navigate website and selection. My helmets arrived about 7 days after the order (International shipment, Ukrain)
