Opticstar’s service has been fantastic. A complex order was delivered promptly with excellent advice. They also provided superb support helping deal with damage to a telescope that I accidentally caused. Definitely recommended.

I bought a ccd camera. I was completely clueless and too be honest frustrated . I mailed them several times.The support was fantastic. I would recommend their products because of this. The aftercare has been amazing and I don't think I would have got this service anyware else. I'm now more confident with the product and quite excited on doing more to learn with astrophotography.

Needed some accessories for my telescope as my controller had died. Was sent out the next day and delivered promptly even with the C-19 lockdown going on. Quite reasonably priced as well. Will be going back there again for more gadgets and telescope thingies. Top bananananana.
