I installed the app and had a few uncertainties about the setup process, but the support team responded instantly and helped me configure everything according to my requirements.

I was an OptinMonster user for many years and recently switched to OptiMonk—and I can confidently say there's no comparison. OptiMonk is an outstanding app: it's incredibly easy to use, versatile, comprehensive, flexible, modern, and above all, highly functional. One of the most important aspects is the support, which is truly exceptional. They respond quickly and provide clear answers to any questions. I give it 5 stars—only because I can't give it more!

ChaptGPT gave me some recommendations for exit intent pop-up apps that integrate with Shopify and with my email platform AWeber. Further questions pointed out OptiMonk as best for my needs.

The app was super simple and comprehensive. Once complete I had several question re integration and such. Support put me through to Chris first who was terriffic and guided me through my first challenge. Next challenge Emil was super patient with my several questions and helped me understand the many options OpriMonk offered. He even tested it for me to make sure it worked.

Being new to this I asked for overall impression and appreciated candid opinion and recommendations to maximize the value of the app.

At the end of our call, I am copying what Emil said because it meant the world for me.

"If you need help with anything, just give us a shout. We are also more than happy to jump on a quick call or record a video guide should you have a special request."

See what I mean? - AI is great, but a real person guiding you through in real time on the site is the BEST!

Optimonk Hungary is the worst one can imagine. They broke the contract several times, they kept promising things which they never fulfilled and just wasted my time. Instead of collecting a good number of email addresses, they could only manage to collect two, yes, 2. Even the manager answered to my last email obviously with no interest in the serious matter. Worst customer service, phone which they never pick up, colleagues in leave and they simply don't work.

Provide alot of free features and the best thing is they have quick customer who always respond on time.

I dont write reviews often but when i saw the few negative reviews i wanted to let you know that i have been using Optimonk on our site and its been gold. It is the best popup specializing in marketing side of things. I have never had to email support (been 3 years) as no need to it works perfect and is intutive. It annoys me when users expect a support person to be avialable 24/7, its a huge cost to a business and people 90% of the time ask silly questions that they are too lazy to look for an answer or work it out for themselves.

OptiMonk has been fantastic for my company--it's hugely increased our ability to capture leads and then convert them with email marketing later down the line. Their customer support has also always responded to me immediately through their chat service and is helpful and quick.

Stay away from this service. Their service looks great from the outside but is not worth a second of your time. Horrible support.

It looks like their team is always a way, it took three days to reply me with one sentence, and without apologies of such a long response, In this one short sentence they asked me to provide you with my e-mail to check out how they can help me with my issue... it was 3 days ago.. I did not get ANY ANY respond from the team...
Conclusion; it is almost one week I wasted my time on this service with horrible customer service
