If I could leave a negative I would. My mother in law has recently passed away. The care company have not told my partner or even contacted her despite it being nearly a week on yet. The care folder has pages missing for booking in at the correct times everyday. Their office phone number is no longer reachable 01438 314840 and no response to any emails. They will get their comeuppance. The careers that did attend and I have met wasn’t very friendly and barely spoke English as it was. We’d regularly find mc Donald’s scattered through out the home and for someone who had no teeth would find eating that sort of food very hard. They regularly used her electric to charge their phone from what I’ve been told despite us telling them to not do so. BEWARE of this SHAM company
