I have finally found a great company with wonderful natural products. As a new client I was suppprted by Vincent then Jessica B, efficiently completed artwork and didn't mind me changing a few things along the way. Really impressed.

I’ve been using options Ltd for over 10 years and honestly they have changed my life. My business is huge now and it’s all thanks to their amazing products and all the help they’ve given me. It’s so easy to place an order and even when I was in hospital for a period of time with daughter last year I could just email to order and bank transfer so no need to ring. Louise has been amazing and deals with most of my emails but everyone I’ve dealt with have been great. I order weekly and these aren’t small orders but there’s never a mistake or if there is a small one it’s sorted so I’m really happy and so grateful to options. So thank you again

I use Options for my unique salon products, i have been using them now for 18 months or so and i always deal with Louise she is always happy to help and is fast with getting my orders through.

New customer here I've had two separate deliveries arrive now and i am extremely happy with the entire process and the end result. I was previously using other own brand businesses and Options is by far my favourite. Dealing with Alex has been a delight thanks for answering my enquiries and designing my businesses products exactly how we imagined them. The labelling process was made simple with Jessica sending examples back and forth. I changed the labels a few times as they needed things added or taken away and nothing was ever any bother to be done. Jessica was efficient in returning emails with examples etc too

I am currently just as the start of a hopeful partnership with options. But I have been in conversation with a member of the design team, her name being Jessica B. I have to say she’s been great up to now talking through the design. Great communication. Looking forward to future ideas.

What a truly awful company. Do yourself a favour and avoid this headache.

You have to wait weeks and weeks for an order to arrive.

When it arrives there will be products missing. They get very aggressive when you tell them.

Then they send orders to the wrong address and blame you for the person not refusing it.

An absolute shambles of a company.

Thank you Options. We have had a tricky time of it together, however, the company has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. The initial teething errors made by me have been rectified at cost to them, and I am grateful to have found Options. It's worth saying that the proof is the proof, make sure to examine it closely, what you approve, you get, the company are not there to proof the work, but to provide a comprehensive service driven by your own design and specs.
