I have been a loyal customer with Opus Virtual Offices for over five years, and this recent experience truly reinforced why I continue to trust their services.
Recently, I encountered a mail delivery issue at the Hammond, Louisiana location. From the moment I reported the problem, Maglen Vadillo, Quality Assurance Manager, immediately took ownership of the situation. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication were outstanding.
Maglen and her team promptly addressed the issue, removed the problematic location, and per my request, ensured my businesses were relocated back to my previous Baton Rouge location without any disruption.
