I recently received two tubes of …

I recently received two tubes of Oral-B 3DWhite Clinical..To be honest at first I thought it wasn't going to live up to my expectations ... However Boy was I wrong ! Not only has it such a subtle menthol taste but from the first instance of using it I felt the difference in cleaning , it didn't have a powdery taste which some other brands may have and too even after using this in place of my regular toothpaste I found that my teeth were looking slightly brighter in colour.....Three weeks down the line and I'm best pleased with the results So much so I've decided to change to this toothpaste from now on.
It is a little pricey than most but it really does do exactly what it says on the tube....Small price to pay I beeline for w brighter and more confident smile .

Waste of money until I found an alternative

It used to charge me a lot of money to buy a new brush head, like about $10 every time it was broken. And the quality was so poor that I had to change it at least twice every month until I found Brushette. They offer electric brush replacement heads with different functions and each head costs only $1. I fully recommend that you use it instead of wasting your money on poor-quality Oral B Brush, guys!

Don't buy their electric toothbrushes

P&G have, in my opinion, one of the worst customer service teams in the industry who frankly don't care when the battery of a very expensive toothbrush stops charging just outside the 2 yrs warranty. Absolutely appalling company. State nothing they can do other than recommend buying another one! They offered just £30 towards the cost of a £224 replacement. Insulting and offensive to say the least.

18 heads received.... 8 broke within days of their use

I must have been a lucky one, I did receive my order placed in November 2013.
But might as well not have as they only last a few days then break
Obviously not genuine Oral B heads.
I have not contacted the company as yet, but by the sounds of it there wont be much response.
I have had to rate 2 stars as I have not contacted them but would prefer 1 star....'DO NOT USE'

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - you have been warned!

I placed an order for 12 brush heads on 17th December and have had various excuses since. From lost in the post, moving the warehouse in Latvia to the UK, short staffed, or their server had gone down. I even had an email from their Customer Services manager who listed their problems and he explained that I was in a queue for a refund. I am pursuing this further with the authorities as the company still seem to be trading.

A crooked company

Ordered and paid for with credit card at the end of November 2013 replacement toothbrush heads. After many fruitless emails back and forth with various staff from Oral brush company and the most unbelievable excuses I am still waiting for a refund cheque promised 5 days ago. Needless to say I am not holding my breath, THIS COMPANY ARE CROOKS AND MUST BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid company!

I placed an order towards the end of November and my replacement heads never turned up. At the end of December I asked for a refund and was told I would receive one in the next week. It´s now the middle of February and I still have not received any money. After several emails back and forth with a sales rep, I received an email from a customer services manager who explained that the accounts department will be processing the refund as soon as they move on to my account "as we have a few that we have to issue at this moment". I´ve been patient but it´s now completely unacceptable - this company is a scam! Would this ever happen on the high street?

The company is a shambles when it cannot process a refund on an item that was never delivered after accepting payment in November!

continual liars

Placed an order on 11th Dec 2013. It is now 4th Feb 2014. I have been told on countless occasions my order has been sent, resent etc. I gave up & asked for full refund. I have waited weeks and again received numerous excuses as to why I don't have my money. Watch this space as I am in talks with National Newspapers to highlight this scamming company.

My advice is to avoid dealing with this company

Ordered brushes early Dec 2013 . Nothing received and they claimed that other customers were experiencing similar problems due to orders placed outside the UK namely Latvia. I was advised that I could have a refund but it is now 23rd January 2014 and refund not provided. There is a telephone number on the website but it has a recorded message. "There is no one here to take you call at the moment" .It has not been possible to speak to anyone within the company and I have asked via 'e' mail for the telephone number/s of the MD. No contact telephone number given.
A stressful and unpleasant experience . I will not use them again.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered brushes which never arrived. Every excuse under the sun given by them. Post delayed by Royal Mail was the usual one. Asked to wait a further 14 days, which I did - still no brushes. Asked for a refund, eventually got a reply saying being done ! A month later no sign of the refund or brushes. Now taking action via credit card company.

If you want to send money and get nothing back I suggest charity is better than lining these crooks pockets !

Pay and wait!

I ordered some Oral B replacement heads for family's Braun toothbrushes. Even though the website said the product was in stock when I placed the order I heard nothing and no replacement heads.
I checked the my account section of their website and my item was still processing 15 days later. If you look for the item now on the website it still says in stock! Go figure
I have never had a communiation since I placed my order to explain any delay. I did send a follow up email but unsurprisingly didn't get a response. Luckily I paid with paypal so I have filed a dispute to get my money back.
My advice? Steer well clear and don't waste your hard earned money.
I feel like I have been conned!
