On 26/03, Orange carried out work on the network, and we have had no internet since then. Despite promises from customer service to fix it nothing has happened. However, the monthly subscription costs... See more

As far as customer service goes in France, at least they pick up the phone. We also are very grateful they provide the option to come in person to the Orange shop down the street when we have problem... See more

Purchased the 30GB Orange Holiday…

Purchased the 30GB Orange Holiday package, which is good for 30days. After 16 days, I had used 3.28GB of mobile data and the system cut me off with no warning or SMS "80%" message as they state they will. Service chat is only option to get in touch with them and they ended the chat the first time after asking why I was out of data, then later told me "tech support" will have to contact me via email, which doesn't do me any good if I don't have service!!! Scam service you should avoid at all cost.

Be Careful of Orange Money Wallet

On the 9th May 2024 I transferred some funds - as I have done several times since December 2023 - to Orange Money Wallet Jordan.
I received a message from Remitly stating that the funds would reach my Orange Money Wallet within 5 hours.
I have sent several messages to Remitly and Orange Customer Care, trying to get clarity as to what is the cause of the delay and when I can expect the funds in my account.
Remitly then apologized on the 10th May and asked me to give it a further 24 hours. Still nothing
I then contact Orange Wallet Customer Service Bot (WhatsApp) and proceed to start a chat with it.
Very quickly it hands me off to a real person, but that is where the 'real person's experience ended.
All I could muster from him or her was that "it takes time.".
I asked what are the service standard levels for transferred funds - for which I have proof from Remitly that the funds. left my UK bank on the 9th May - and up until the moment I am writing this review (16th May), no answer and no funds and no explanation as to why my funds have not been released.
Meanwhile, I get a text message from another Orange subsidiary - Orange Mobile - that my two mobile phones are due for their top-up on the 15th May.
I pay the phone from the residual funds remaining on my Orange Wallet - as the Wallet App conveniently allows me to top-up my phone - but there is no way for me to pay the other phone since the funds are sitting (I presume) in Orange Money's Suspense Account most likely earning interest for them!
This morning I get a text message from Orange Mobile saying that if I don't top up my phone they will charge me 2JDs a minute for calls.

So, I think Orange Money has done more than enough to earn this abysmal review. If I could give a lower review than 1 star I would.

From now on, when Orange asks for a review, I shall refuse to give a positive or tell my friends to join them until they compensate for the inconvenience and cost and embarrassment their shoddy treatment toward me is compensated.

Orange France is the worst company I…

Orange France is the worst company I have ever dealth with. Regarding our internet in Granville - there just does not seem to be anything that Orange do professionally. The product is terrible, the price is high but trying to get out is made almost impossible by a long list of "This is not possible" from customer service. Very stubborn and truly shocking customer service.

Avoid Poitiers Orange store

Avoid Poitiers Orange store. Messed up my broadband order from the start and failed to resolve it. I have wasted 4 x round trips of over an hour plus the time of 1+ hour in store each time, two lots of postage to send letters trying to sort out their mess, one from the UK that cost £9.85. Still not sorted and been ongoing since December. They keep taking double payments from my account and threatening to charge me £'s for equipment I returned months ago and have provided receipts for to prove their return.

Orange.fr

Would give less than one star if possible. The Internet has been down for more than 5 months. They have made no attempt to repair. Tried to cancel and get my money back and they have refused and then cut me off after being on hold 40 minutes. Switched to starling. Still poor customer service but at least the product works. Avoid orange at all costs and save yourself time and money. I will be taking them to court to get my money back!

Burn in hell Orange support

Dont.
Just don't.
They are expensive, ok.
BUT, the support...Hell is wiiiiide open and all the support members are send from the devil.
The quality of evilness makes a grown man cry.

EN Hotline:
- hotlines itself hangs up again and again (of course after you waited 30 min or more), so if you might have a lucky day you get through
- if you get through, pray they really speak EN, and if they easily hang up with the words "I dont like your tone", "I am not your assistant"...you name it -> back to hotline
- one member laughed at me when he heard that I am German, with the words "Ohooooo, ich verstehe" (in Germany it is completely normal, that when your contract runs out, they can give you some new discounts so you stay customer), so I asked to optimize my contract: this lovely employee laughed and repeated the word "discount ahahaha discount hahaha a better offer hahaha" - hang up.

-> I know it sounds like I would be mean, but no, as I had this experience VARIOUS times with orange, I am prepared guys. I am. I am friendly, I know what I need, everything.

No f*** chance.
Oh and if you wanna complain: oh hell no lol,. no way. You can talk to a mental Chatbot, that understands NOOOOOOTHING. (don't even think about English).

They all shall burn in hell.
Give me alternatives, I am soooo done with them.

Just the worst company

Just the worst company. It's a state monopoly that has no intention of providing a good service and in my case no service. If you want the internet it would be easyer to move to somewhere else in europe IMO.

Juste la pire entreprise. C'est un monopole d'État qui n'a pas l'intention de fournir un bon service et, dans mon cas, aucun service. Si vous voulez Internet, il serait plus facile de déménager ailleurs en Europe, OMI.

I have been with Orange since 2007

I have been with Orange since 2007. I had over 350 internet interruptions in Dec 23. Told needed new livebox, which worked 4 hours on 2 January 24 and have had no internet or telephone since. I have now been given 14 dates when this problem was supposed to be fixed. Absolutely disgusted with Orange. Sorry for the Helpline girls who are fed these lies by the 'technicians' to pass on to customers.

ORANGE YOUR SIATER COMAPNY IS STEALING

SO, THIS IS HOW EE DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER STEALING FROM THEM. THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO OFFER 6 MONTHS PAY OUT AFTER TAKING £20 EXTRA FOR 2 YEARS. WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU ARE CHARGING THEM. THE CONTRACT WAS FOR £15 BUT YOU GUYS BEEN CHARGING £35 FOR 2 YEARS.

SAYING OOPS WE SORRY BUT THERE IS A ADD ON THAT SHOULD NOT BE THERE BUT WE GOING GIVE YOU 6 MONTHS OF SOMETHING YOU DID NOT WANT BUT WE KEEP THE REST FOR THE STAFF PARTY WE HAD FOR 2 YEARS NOW.

ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER RICHARD TO SORT IT OUT, BUT HE REFUSE 3 TIMES. HAVING HIS MINIONS DOING THE DIRTY WORK THREATING THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE THE 6 MONTHS OFFER OR GET NOTHING AFTER TAKING THE MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION. WE WILL BE TAKING THIS HIGHER THAT'S ONE THING YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT MR NICK.

As a customer who has been with Orange…

As a customer who has been with Orange Jordan for over 13 years, I am writing to share my deep concerns about the recent trajectory of the company under the leadership of CEO Philippe Mansour.

Over the years, I have witnessed Orange Jordan evolve, and until recently, it has been a service provider I trusted. However, in the past 3 years, I have observed a series of changes and decisions that have raised red flags for me as a loyal customer.

The customer experience, which was once a strong point for Orange Jordan, seems to be on a downward trend. I have encountered issues such as internet dsl and fiber optic cable, and it pains me to see a company I have supported for over a decade struggling to maintain the standards that initially won my loyalty.

It is my sincere hope that this message serves as a constructive contribution to the ongoing dialogue about the company's direction. As a devoted customer, I believe in the potential for positive change, and I urge Orange Jordan, under the leadership of CEO Philippe Mansour, to reassess its strategies and prioritize the satisfaction of its longstanding customers.
I appreciate your attention to these concerns and hope that the company can regain the excellence that initially made it stand out in the market.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
