I never recieved my product and they don't respond to emails. Don't bother purchasing, might as well just burn money for warmth.

Bought a pair of Droid lights 5 years ago and they’ve served me without a hiccup. Bought some the other week and they failed. Customer service was excellent and a new light was sent out along with a battery to keep my old light going. Super impressive design and customer service.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect bike for my commute to work and for running errands. Previously, I was riding a bike with a Shimano Nexus internal hub which I loved but the bike was too heavy for the hills that I ride. The Orb Zeppo is exactly what I was looking for! This is my first experience with a belt drive and I'm very impressed with it. The Zeppo is comfortable, smooth riding and lightweight - I love this bike! I went with the purple color and it's a beautiful bike. Andrew provides excellent customer service and always responds quickly when I have contacted him. I highly recommend Orb and their products.

I purchased a bike from them and a little under a year into ownership, it needed quite a lot of remedial work due to components failing.
I contacted Orb and they instantly replied saying it was wear and tear, before I'd even explained the problem. They insisted the bike had "rusted" due to being used in the rain and that "no manufacturer" would honour the repairs.
I took the bike to Giant (my only local Shimano specialist) who entirely disagreed with that assessment, and fixed the worst of the problems after taking £180 from me.

Orb want nothing to do with it. They tell me that the bike isn't suitable for my use (very short commute on roads, in the south of England, stored in a garage).

I've got other bikes which haven't had any of these problems after the same usage and more, over decades. I have never known a bike to fail so quickly.

What a shame, I loved this bike when I got it. I even left a 5-star review on their website. If they had honoured the warranty, I wouldn't be writing this review, but frankly I firmly believe they should be shut down. I will be contacting Trading Standards and I may sue.

Tremendous service and incredibly high quality anti-theft bike lights.
The special shaped tool used to screw in the lights will also means they can't be removed with a simple multi-tool.
Couldn't recommend high enough.

I bought their Orb anti-theft lights several months ago and they were and are a great product that I used often.

I had a small issue with one that ended up needing a replacement part and I got a speedy response from Andrew and an offer to send out this replacement part FOC. Andrew was kind and generous in his messages and the fix was sorted incredibly quickly. Would recommend both the products and the customer service!

Have the orb lights front and rear on my commuter. Solid, secure and rechargeable batteries last well. Recently misplaced the spare bracket when I changed seatpost and company has offered me a replacement at cost. So great customer service too.

I purchased the front light as I liked how the light was centrally mounted, didn't take up space on my handlebars, and I didn't have to remember to take a light with me due to it being permanently in place. Robust and well made and very bright.

The products are good, but the service is exceptional. They always respond on time an solve any problem you could have with any product.

The Orb MKII bottle looks great and does the job of ensuring I stay visible from all angles when on my bike! I didn’t realise it had six different flashing and light settings – I’ve flipped between a few so far depending on the time of day and where I am riding. Also super easy to clean!

In the interest of my own life, I invested in the Orb MKII illuminating water bottle for side visibility. I am impressed with Orb’s dedication to making products that are 1) user-serviceable (parts are replaceable), and 2) actually solve a secondary need.

When I commuted home on a January night in London with the bottle on for the first time, I noticed several people looking at it, glowing like a lava lamp. It really is a beautiful piece of kit. Everyone I’ve shown and told it to has ooo’d and ahh’d.

Shipping was quick and packaging was recyclable. The bottle itself uses minimalistic packaging as well. Excited to support them as a young, innovating company.

Charged up but the would not turn on contacted the shop that sold the light they contacted me but since then they have done nothing since, so left with a light that doesn’t work

A square deal. Bright, minimalistic, easy to install, theftproof. Good or even very good battery life. Can recharge at work! Orb emails back quickly and cordially and their staff are clearly knowledgeable about product and its shipping process.

Fantastic light. Unfortunately the front Orb light did not fit my stem faceplate. I emailed the team at orb and they offered me a non-faceplate bracket option for 27mm handlebars. Great light and prompt service.
