The most incompetent company I worked with. They have been working on my website for over a year, and each time they send me the page for review, a big number of my comments is not implemented, and new errors appear. There is no proper QA step on their side. There is also no one point of contact - I get messages from different people each time, nobody has any clue of the previous steps taken. I so regret starting a project with them, a complete waste of time.

This company is solely a sales company cold callers. Who pressure you into writing a positive review before the work has started. They bring no value of any type for a buisiness. The service is the worst I have ever experienced from a marketing company. Dont waste your time or energy with Orbidi. The old saying goes when something sounds to good to be true it usually is.

It's been a year and a half an still nothing. They promised the moon and were very attentive in the beginning. Our subvention has been stuck in processing the whole time with no news. Now I just receive automated emails, phone calls from an AI voice and talking to AI on whatapp. A complete waste of time.

WARNING. DO NOT WORK WITH ORBIDI. Orbidi set our wonderful company back two years and severely damaged our visibility. Half their team is in South America and never corresponds directly, and there are constantly changing employees with no experience or knowledge. After a year and a half of delays and mistakes from Orbidi, I had to fight to get my website off them and pay another professional to create a decent result. The Orbidi team couldn't design, couldn't offer the English language as promised, and the SEO was complete nonsense. This was a serious quadruple loss: a loss of enormous time (Orbidi only started the project after the deadline for complaints had passed—on purpose?), loss of the previous website with its established SEO (destroyed by Orbidi and taken offline without notification or a copy), loss of two subsidies (my husband and I both received the same lousy service, false promises, refusal of refunds or solutions), no final result, and immense stress. I removed a previous bad review under pressure from Orbidi (a nasty dependent position that the government doesn't help with). I still want Orbidi or the government to redress our losses. This shouldn't be happening.

This company is very very bad with building websites.. It says it would only take about 4 weeks, and now 4 MONTHS later i still have a non working website. It's really terrible, they promise to make changes (changes i literally make very clear in a Canva document, so they can just copy that..) but really nothing works or has been changed meantime..

I am very disappointed in this company, i would not recommend it to anybody.

And i am a person with lot's of patience, but this is really unacceptable.

Won't reccomend.

They sent me a different equipment, then after complaining they just "represented me" and signed everything was okay.

Don't use them, find a trustful company to do the Kit digital

After 6 months I find myself without a web page yet and they told me that if I want to publish the webpage they have made I need to do it with another domain that is not mine.

Absolutely the worst service I ever experienced

They don't want to give me the website files. I've been at least 1 month trying to get them and they just keep making up new excuses.

At first it was great - attentive service, website was up and running and looked pretty good. However, after that it changed dramatically. They are extremely slow and careless in making changes to the website. The contact phone number is a joke - it doesn't even ring, let alone get answered. I have been chasing for weeks for them to help me prove ownership of the domain, so that I can send emails from that address. Replies are either useless or nonexistent. Shame, extremely poor - I couldn't possibly recommend.

Orbidi has accepted my goverment sponsored digital kit. However, I have not received any assistance or a PC. All contracts have been signed!

I will probably have to file a complaint for fraud.

Victor helped us build our website and he was willing to go above and beyond, and even offered to give us post support. He was very transparent in his communication and we really appreciate his good vibes.

We had a great first meeting with Orbidi, Kamila was very helpful and came prepared with research and suggestions. We look forward to continue working with them.

Today I have been in contact with Juan and it was clear to me. I enrolled in the kitdigital. First I was a bit skeptical about it but now I know better! The webpage already looks great and it's not finished yet. Very happy with Orbidi and with Juan who is very professional. 5 star!!
