I ordered 2 funko pops for my husband back in February, but only received one of them. Upon realizing only one came in I contacted them via email and they responded that the other one wouldn't be available till the following month. A month and a half go by and still no figure. I attempted to contact them numerous times and no response. It's now November and still no figure! I'm very disappointed and this fully deserves no stars! I'm upset I got scammed, but stuff happens. Go figure, the funko pop I wanted the most, is the one I didn't get.

I ordered a set of 4 Funko pops back in February of 2019 and never received them even though the money came out of my account. I attempted to contact Orbitoys via email, telephone, social media numerous times and even opened up a complaint with the BBB and even to this day have not received ANY correspondence whatsoever.

No stars should be an option because this company not only has poor business practice, but they also have scammed MANY unsuspecting collectors out of their money and merchandise.

Absolutely disgusting!

I recently ordered two Funko Pops back in February my money was taken out and it's now September and I still have not received them I have tried to email them several times but no response this company is a total rip off I would never order again and I advise other customers to do the same

No stars should be an option. This company is based out of Texas, setting multiple scam storefronts on fb. I was only taken for 12 bucks for a Freddie Mercury funko pop but others I've seen have been taken for hundreds of dollars. Look at the ratings and complaints on Better Business Bureau.

They were linked on the FB page I love Funko Pops originally, they are complicit in the scam so I wouldn't click on any store links thry list other than well known ones like Hot Topic or FYE. But even then I'd be reluctant and rather go straight to their websites so as not to reward a scam hosting site with click referrals.

Orbitoys set up another fb page called Funko Love which capped at 6 likes after several of us discovered who they were and left warning reviews. They also renamed their storefront on shopify to therapy toy store and onepopshop.

Research ALL FB stores especially those sponsored ads thst pop up with super trendy items. 9 times out of 10 they will scam you.
