No customer service

I wanted to order a bag. There is a sale on the bags and it seemed like a good deal. In order to purchase you have to sign up with an account. Then you are prompted to register to receive a gift coupon. I did, even though the mails kept getting sent to spam. Then the code did not work, no expanation. I sent an email to the customer service, no response. Tried to call from another country to the number listed, no answer , even raised a ticket for the customer service. Again no answer. Terrible customer services and I will not order from this company now or in the future.
