unfortunately I used wix.com to order 10 tote bags with my logo for an Event that I am preparing it has been almost a month I did not get any of those. I guess I lost 200 usd for nothing. be careful as well the customer service doesn't exist. I have send 3 email and no answer
I ordered Tshirts with my new logo from Wix, and orderaprint is their vendor that makes them. I ordered XL and they delivered Small, they made the mistake now they are refusing to fix it!! They also make it absolutely impossible to contact them about the issue, they responded to emails after 5 days of waiting!

Worst ever. I ordered black business cards, and they sent me purple on the front and brown on the back. Since their order confirmation has no specifications on the invoice, I have no way to show them they were misprinted. Awful customer service representative. I have never had anything other than black business cards, and they want to tell me I ordered purple on one side and brown on the other side! Liars and Wix should not use this company or recommend them through their website hosting.

Business cards are of very poor quality and customer service is non existent. Wix should not offer this service.
