They never pick up the phone

They never pick up the phone. They don’t respond to emails. When they do answer the phone they just say the part is out of stock. I’m pretty sure without even checking. All their representatives have an attitude problem. If you order online they never ship your stuff out. It’s an all around inefficient company.

"0" should be an allowed rating.
Absolute incompetence.
They dont know what they are doing, or what you need to do when there is a problem. They farm out the process to a 3rd party that has no vested interest in TSC.
They are always apologetic and "ready to assist", no actual assistance, just apologees.
Then they blame the store employees for making the mistake.
After the manager and employees deal with you for 5 to 6 days they take the return and eat the loss.
None of which solved the problem you still need the part you didnt get.
It takes 5 to 7 different phone calls to find someone who knows what you need, because he builds the unit you have that is broke.
However, getting the part may be a hassle after 3 weeks of looking.
Dont recommemd using this service to anyone. If they offer it, find somewhere else to go.

I would give this business 0 stars if possible. We have an older Mantis Twin Composter for which we needed replacement parts. This business was recommended to purchase the parts. On going through their website I could not find the parts, so I called. I never got through even after waiting 30 minutes or more each time I called. I finally emailed their customer "service" who identified the parts. But as it turns out we did not need all of the parts so I tried to return them. And by the way, if I had spoken with someone I would not have purchased all of the parts that I did. So to return the parts, you have 30 days to do so. The company indicates you have to have an RMA number in order to make the return. Even though I sent multiple emails, I never got the number. This amounted to ~$200 of unneeded parts. I sent the parts back anyway and of course have not been reimbursed.

I'd give 0 stars if I could

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Got a link from Generac to order 4 vibration mounts for a pressure washer. Called before I ordered for shipping rate and was told $8.49 for all 4. No where on site did it state any were back-ordered. Credit card had charges all over the place, but eventually correct amount was posted ($19.05 for parts, taxes, & shipping). Then $16.98 popped up. I received 2 of them. Called them again and girl kept trying to over-talk me about it was pending, but it was an actual charge. She then tells me it's for shipping for 2 of them because they were back-ordered. I told her I already paid $8.49 to ship all 4. Their policy: you have to pay shipping on any back-order! Since they were shipped at different times, I had to pay it twice! So now I've paid $25+ for sipping for $10 worth of parts. They will rip you off!

no answer on phone line waited 1 hour,,,,twice,,, gave up. Never recieved an answer to my email. Perhaps this is a coompany worth buying and correcting the business deficiencies Would be valued cheaply for sure.

Unreliable and excessive shipping charge

I ordered two items for a Ryobi leaf blower. When I checked on the status I was told one item was on backorder. After a week or so, I checked again and was told the one item was still on backorder. Since I needed both items for repair I asked for the order of both items to be cancelled. I was told the order for both items was cancelled. They sent the item in stock anyway and charged $13 shipping for a $17 item. I called to address the issue and was on hold for over 1 hour when I gave up. Be careful with this site. Their prices are good, but they don’t identify shipping charges before placing an order and their customer service is unreliable and difficult to reach.

Confused

I just received a part from ordertree.com. I did attempt to order this part back in August. However, I never received a confirmation online or an email confirmation that I had actually placed the order. When I received the order I called to return it but the return policy was prohibitive. I asked what email was included in the order and it was a series of unusual characters to an AOL account. I think a “buggy” website was the main problem. To their credit, I did receive the part 80 days later, though I had already ordered and received another one. I’m done with ordertree.com. I wish I had read their reviews previously.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered from Ordertree and I'm told the part is on backorder, then 10 months later I email and I'm told that the part is no longer available! I was told 10 months later and after I had to email them!
This company is not to be trusted!
Horrible customer service!!!

This is the most dishonest company

This is the most dishonest company to do business with. They will take your order and payment, but never send the items. You can't seems to call them(just keeps ringing) and can only email them. But after you keep emailing them to ask for a refund. They then stop emailing you. I have just received a returned email that claims, it was deleted without being opened.

Ordered a part for my generator

Ordered a part for my generator. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Was supposed to be delivered by absolutely,positively before Friday Aug.7 at 3:00. Ups now say Monday. Absolutely, positively were their words. They are not a company of their word. Very dissapointed while in the dark due a broken generator part that supposed to be by now.
