Subscription service is pointless.

Our initial order was great but the subscription service is poor if an item is out of stock instead of doing the common sense approach and ship what is in stock they miss is all together.

I bought the Mudventure jacket for my Golden Retriever. It's the best thing I've bought this year, it is fantastic. In this weather he's always filthy and takes so long to dry, once I've rinsed him down. With this jacket, he's spotless apart from the little parts that are showing. It is waterproof when it rains and he even goes swimming in it. It does go through a little to the inside of the jacket when he swims, but it doesn't wet his fur. Love it, happy dog mum.

Just found this company online and the prices for my dogs treats can't be beaten. Great products , prices and service, I've now put a second order in and it will be my "go to" online store from now on

I had to contact regarding a purchase as it hadn't been posted and was intended as a Christmas gift. I received a prompt reply, explaining there had been a stock issue and my order would be sent out by express delivery ASAP, once new stock was received from the supplier. Great customer service 👏

SO YOU CAN REPLY HERE BUT NOT TO MY EMAILS AND DONT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE IVE SCREENSHOT YOUR EMAIL YOU SENT ME AND MY NUMEROUS EMAILS IVE SENT TO YOU IN REPLY TO YOUR 1 EMAIL YOU SENT ME AND NOW SENT THEM TO TRUSTPILOT TO REVIEW , ITS FUNNY ISNT IT JUST HOW MUCH BAD FEEDBACK YOU GET BUT PLAY THE VICTIM WHEN CHALLENGED, Action fraud have replied back , refund me dont out of my hands now ill stand for the other poor sods your ripping off, OH silly me I forgot to mention my daughters a lawyer. Placed order heard nothing emailed them , replied back that an item wasnt in stock would i like a refund or choose a replacement or wait for stock and they send express , i replied straight back with a replacement item pic asked is this is stock and you guessed it no reply,they ever bloody reply to there emails ,numerous emails later and still no reply, my patience has worn thin my last email at 17.27 tuesday was this .
Ive messaged a few times i replied to last message referance item out of stock to replace with a different item of which i sent screenshot to see if you had what i sent as a replacement, no reply back from you, if items are not dispatched tomorrow refund me as its cutting it fine now , if refunding i need conformation youve refunded if i recieve no communication ill take next steps.

And yup you guessed it still no reply again , So now ive informed trading standards ive also gone through resolver and action fraud and informed my bank IF i can manage to do all that in one go how cant this company not even manage to reply to there emails or post items that people pay for etc madness, Now ive spent my day ordering things for my pooch for xmas from someone else online i know aint cowboys.

I waited for a week for the delivery of the dog bed, and I could see that it had not moved from the post office - I emailed and they responded, however over a week later and multiple emails, no response. They use Royal Mail who are frankly dreadful - You need to upgrade to DHL if you are charging for shipping....STILL NO RESPONCE!!

The websites easy to use.I could find what I was looking for.The prices are really reasonable.They inform you by txt that my items are with courier.I will definitely use them again and I got a free gift,which I wasnt expecting.Thank You

Stumbled across this company a year or so ago when looking for an item out of stock elsewhere. Since then ordered multiple times and will do again - very competitive prices, quality brands and fast despatch times. First place I check before buying now as happy to support a small and reliable business.

My cat only seems to like Gourmet Solitaire food, not the Gold. I have been unable to find it in any of my local shops so I ordered three cartons from Ormskirk Pets.
