If I could give them minus stars I would. A complete sh** show.
Ordered lights (€370) in January. Still no show as of 27th Feb despite having paid extra for express delivery!
Emailed them 2 weeks ago as I could fess package never left country of origin and had in fact gone back to shipper! had to wait 7 days for a reply to my email regarding same.
Customer service is beyond rubbish. Takes 24 hours to return any email since and then They do not address pertinent question posed! Just some old bot answering incorrectly.
I have requested cancellation of order at this stage, but I’m told there will be a 20% cancellation free. Shocking as the problem is their total inefficiency!
Absolutely appalling. Some kind of scam I think. Please people do your research and take note of other reviews!

The product that arrived is simply of poor quality. You also can’t return it. Absolutely worthless — scammers!

I bought a few lights for different rooms, and each one feels durable and stylish. The lighting quality is consistently soft and welcoming. Orntli's collecton really makes my home feel complete.

I had responses to all my queries, always attentive and polite.
This is an internet website and in these troubled times this quality salesmanship and service can hardly be taken for granted!!!

This business is 100% a scam. I received a product that was not as described and they are refusing a refund. The website states they operate out of Norway and returns can be shipped there but their products come from China and can only be returned there. Even when I offered to do the return they refused a refund. DO NOT purchase from this seller.

Do not buy from this scam company. They sent me an entirely different item to what I ordered, then wanted me to pay to return it. They did agree a partial (15% refund) for me to keep the item I didn’t order!! Company based in China not Scandinavian as it is pretending to.

The shipment did not contain the premium hangers for clothes ordered, but a completely different set that was cheap. Color and materials and design was different on this cheaper set. An almost worthless product at a high price. A robbery.

It's a SCAM.
Stay far away from this chinese company. Products never delivered, actually impossible to have a serious assistance from their custom desk (if any), and order tracking deliberately made to mislead and confuse you.

It is a scam. Please don’t buy. They are unfair. They will not allow you to return the product. A lot of products are from China - very poor quality.

The Japandi style selection is impressive. I picked up a wall lamp, and the finish feels premium. It is not the cheapest option available, but the build quality justifies the price. Would buy from them again.

I bought the Glow ceiling light for my hallway. The wood accent looks exactly like the photos. Installation was simple enough, though the instructions were a bit vague. Good quality fixture for the price.

I ordered the wrong color, and they helped me to get the correct color. I love their products

Ordered a black desk clock for $53 and received a sea foam green clock. Orntli has refused to send me the correct color clock, saying they would send a $5 "goodwill gesture". Going on 3 weeks of emailing and they refuse to send me the clock I ordered. Don't trust this Chinese drop shipper.

Installing these wall lamps was straightforward, and they instantly enhanced the ambiance of my bedroom. Orntli clearly values craftsmanship. I found the positive experience very delightful and worthwhile.

The clock I purchased is both elegant and precise. It instantly brightens my living room. Orntli truly delivers quality products that combine style and functionality. I'm genuinely impressed with this purchase!

Very poor product quality and misleading return policy

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

The product quality is extremely low. What I received was essentially a cheap Chinese lamp worth around 5 EUR, yet I paid almost 200 EUR. The product looks and feels like a low-end item that does not justify the price in any way.

When I requested a return within the clearly advertised 30-day return period, the company refused to issue a full refund. Instead, they tried to close the case by offering a 10% “goodwill” partial refund, which is unacceptable.

The company argued that their “technical team confirmed the product was not broken,” which is completely irrelevant when a customer is exercising a valid return right under the company’s own policy and EU consumer protection rules.

This experience feels misleading on two levels:
– overpriced, very low-quality product, and
– a return policy that is not respected in practice.

I strongly advise potential customers to be very cautious and not rely on the advertised return policy.

I bought a lamp for 142 and was charged for a shipping protection fee 2.95. I paid for this and was then told I had to pay 66 euro for shipping. Even though the website says never any delivery charge.
When I cancelled the order I was refunded 135.

I ordered a cusion for my wife with the BMW logo. for xmas. The order was wrong with no logo. I was offered half of my cost back. I responded a week ago and have not heard back. Horrible company No customer service. I will never do business with them again.

Advertised as silk scarf, delivered cheap 100% polyester. Misleading listing, support refuses full refund/return costs and instead offers a second same item and tiny partial refund. Avoid.
