I’m very happy with the service. No unexpected costs or surprises. I had an L package that included everything: the scan, orthodontist appointments, whitening, which I liked. I know that other competitors have hidden costs, which is never pleasant once you’re committed. I had to redo my scan a couple more times to make sure that my teeth aligned perfectly at the end. After one year, my teeth are as straight as possible. Most people didn’t even notice that I wore aligners which made it a pleasant process. Thanks for Orthoclear. I would definitely recommend them. Amazing results and service. The team was very helpful and informing. My end results are simply amazing. I definitely recommend orthoclear aligners. They are so comfortable and not painful at all. You can’t see them when you are wearing them and they are easy to maintain.

We are very, very surprised about your 1 star review. And here is why:
You choosed our S package which is €799 meaning a max. of 7 aligners upper/lower. Plus, the custom-made whitening trays and our night retainer.
We are very clear about not offering a guarantee for the 3D simulation. As with any treatment, this wouldn't be possible. Teeth might move slower, or you might not wear the aligners for the prescribed 20-22 hours.
In your case the results after these 7 aligners was really very nice!!
If you would like to see even more results you could have extended the treatment with more aligners. For which you would pay the difference between €1499 and €799.

I am very happy with Orthoclear!
I am very happy with Orthoclear's service! I live in Belgium and had to travel to The Netherlands a few times, which was really easy to do. I highly recommend it, not only for people living in Netherlands but also in surrounding countries. I liked that I had the scan done in person instead of an imprint of my teeth, and I liked getting checkups with an orthodontist once every few months.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect! They did what they promised and didn't charge me any "surprise"expense. In fact, I'd say they even did more than they were supposed to do for the same price. My teeth are finally straight and I only paid a fraction of what any other place wanted to charge me. Very happy with the result!

The dentist didn't think it was…
The dentist didn't think it was possible to align my teeth with the aligners so he didn't take the scan. His explanation was they don't want to take any risks. It makes sense, I was ok with that.
But I have seen worse similar cases on youtube that were possible with the aligners so I went to another company that already sent me the aligners. I'm really excited to start :)
9 months and 19 aligners later by DrSmile, my teeth are still amazing more than 2 years later ❤️
Also because both my front teeth were pushed forward by 5mm to create the space needed, my lips got fuller, which is such a nice extra bonus.

As for our approach: we focus primarily on aesthetic improvements and take a cautious, responsible stance when a case appears more complex. In situations like yours, we often refer people to orthodontists who can offer more advanced or longer treatments — sometimes involving aligners over a two-year period.
While it might feel disappointing not to start treatment with us, our aim is always to give honest advice and avoid starting a case we can’t complete to the highest standard. In that sense, we believe our recommendation was actually a 5-star decision — putting your long-term results above short-term business.

First of all you send us photos of your teeth and informed us that you are currently doing a clear aligner treatment in Philippines.
Besides that we do NOT offer our services outside Europe, also the treatment goals were not realistic in our opinion.
Then you mentioned that you also have an address in UK. But our kit is ONLY available for customers that qualify for a treatment iin OUR professional opinion.
You continued with saying that the kit was for your father with a :) and the end. So, you just don't understand that we DO NOT offer our services if we think you do not qualify.
You went on with saying you would report us etc etc. Which you now did on Trustpilot.

I am finished with my 13 sets, totally happy with the results! My teeth looks so good and it is affordable. Just waiting for night-time retainers and whitening to arrive. Would definitely recommend!
