Scam. Wanted a trench coat and after 2 weeks it’s still “order confirmed” and never sent.

Impossible to get money back

A fraud! Make sure you read these pages before you click pay and order. It’s a scam, I found their pages on the internet only first time when I ordered and never again. I didn’t check Trust Pilot first and have went through all experiences here: product delivered below any expectations, cheap and smelly, terrible quality. I tried to return it, it took weeks to convince them to send me return address, I declined all their offers to give me discount on my next purchase. I returned the package, paid myself transport to China of 40 EUR, to a suspicious return address, it has been 2 months, there is no tracking available and they refuse to return my money back.

they will not send you whats on the pictures from the website, they send you something complete different and say it look like the product from the website.
when you try to return the products they will stop answer your email..
save your money and time, don't shop at this website. they should be reported to the police

They are scammers, it's been 8 months, I haven't received the product nor have they refunded the money. They keep saying 'we will fix it' and nothing happens for 8 months. They should be shut down so they don't scam people.

I think this company has scammed me so I have put a claim in thru PayPal....Their tracking sytem is fake to make you think the product is on its way.

Horrible quality, took 6 emails just for the option for a full refund

Took a month to arrive. Is nothing like the photo and couldn't be made more poorly. I wouldn't even give it away. They say I have to return it (to China) to get a refund. Total scam!

I gave one because I could not give zero. This company is a scam and you should stay away!!!! They call themselves OSLO MOTE and the company is DUTCH & CHINESE. There is nothing Norwegian about it!!! I have canceled my order with them 2 mins after ordering ( after I saw the review about these guys and wan not impressed). They promise that they will cancel the order and send me refund on the order. Since then I have not seen my money and they are not answering my emails!!! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT!!!

Absolute worst
Clothing is cheap and extremely small sized coming from china. Unable to literally return it. Exchanging mails ever since it arrived without any opportunity to return

I’m writing this 5 minutes after I have received my item from Oslo mote. The item I have received is not the same as the photo i purchased. Quality is a disgrace.

When you try return your item, they
Will offer you 20% , 30% and then 40% refund. They bully you to take a partial refund.

If you want return an item you gave to pay shipping costs .

Do not get stung by these people.
