Happy with the product itself, it just took a long time to come hence the 4 stars.

I bought two changing robes from Osprey, wondering what they might be like for the price, compared to other brands exuberant prices. We were well shocked, their products are amazing, true to size and very warm, we were that pleased I ended up buying 2 pairs of watershoes!! I fully recommend this company and would definitely return.

I would not give a single star if I could..I purchased a skateboard for my son at the beginning of summer. He was very extremely happy with it, however, in just two to three weeks it developed a squeak.. not a big problem, my husband checked it, probably just needs some new ball bearings. Contacted Osprey, send emails, videos,etc and after loooots of waiting and no answers or any advice, no help has been forthcoming.. we had to go and seek help elsewhere and we would not order from them again.
I do not normally leave bad reviews. I was given no choice..

The quality of the wetsuit was very poor around the seams and only lasted a week before ripping

Prompt delivery, well packaged

We ordered a hooded towel with bag. Unfortunately there was a problem with a seam. The customer service team were brilliant. They responded quickly and immediately sent a new replacement. The towel itself has nearly completed a summer of watersports. It has been brilliant, the bag is not only a brilliant idea but has saved my car seat on a number of occasions.

Still haven’t received my parcel a month later, extremely difficult to communicate with as emails take 7-10 days to get a response.

This is my first wetsuit for trips to the beach and lochs in Scotland in the summer! and so far so good. I followed the Osprey sizing guidelines and the fitting is pretty good. The quality seems good to me for the low price I am no expert. I would say it's perfect as a first suit for occasional use.

The products are fine however when you need a refund it takes forever!
Had to send two things back, both were sent on a tracking service so I knew when the arrived back yet it still took nearly a month each time to receive the refund and this was after trying to contact them multiple times
For this reason wouldn't use again.

The zip broke on the third time wearing. Also stitching has come loose.

The first wetsuit did not arrive as the postcode was wrong by one number. This may have been a typo but there is no such postcode in this area, so this should have been a warning to both the company and Evri, the delivery service. Where was it delivered to if there is no such postcode? The second wetsuit was much too small despite taking my measurements before ordering. I returned it immediately and it took a long time to receive a refund. I had to send a chasing email to ask where my refund was.

Despite a mix up with shipping that left me stranded ... they did resolve and paid me back the rapid shipping cost.
All good in the end.
