ordered a console table from OTB Furniture at the beginning of August and received confirmation that our order had been accepted\.

Contacted to ask if has been dispatched , received an email apologising for the delay and stating that our order was **being dispatched that day**\. However, have still not received the furniture or any delivery information\.A scam DPD email with what seemed like a tracking number arrived but no contact from the company once altered them to this

emailed OTB Furniture again several times in August asking for an update on our purchase, but have received **no response at all**\. Despite more emails and leaving a message on the contact section of the website

the lack of communication is very disappointing, particularly after being told that the order was being dispatched\.

posting this review in the hope that OTB Furniture will see it and contact us with a clear update on the whereabouts of our order and when we can realistically expect delivery\.

**Order placed – still no furniture or response**

We ordered a console table from OTB Furniture at the end of July and received confirmation that our order had been accepted\.

On 21 August, we received an email apologising for the delay and stating that our order was **being dispatched that day**\. However, we have still not received the furniture or any delivery information\.

We emailed OTB Furniture again on 26 August asking for an update on our purchase, but unfortunately we have received **no response at all**\.

We appreciate that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is very disappointing, particularly after being told that the order was being dispatched\.

We are posting this review in the hope that OTB Furniture will see it and contact us with a clear update on the whereabouts of our order and when we can realistically expect delivery\.

We would be very happy to update this review if the matter is resolved\.
