I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived within 2-3 days.
However, it was 2 left side boots. (Both were left).

Decent range of stock from quality…
Decent range of stock from quality brands , my only critique is size availability as there seems to be a shortage of medium sizes. I look forward to making further purchases with the prospect of having more medium sizes of clothing.

Postage profiteering
Rip off delivery (£6.95, when Evri delivery they used actually costs £2.78), rip off return charges with no option to use another service other than prepaid label that also costs £6.95, won’t use them again.

I purchased two items
I purchased two items, received a tracking link (never updated) and then received an email saying my order was refunded with a charge for a return delivery. Never received a response to my email inquiry on why my items were returned before even being shipping and also being charged a return shipping fee.

Lovely skirt at bargain price
I am delighted to find this skirt. I meant to buy it on White Stuff but was too late. Love the colour and it is v good quality. I was delighted to find it in my size and at a considerable discount on Otrium. I would like slightly cheaper delivery but in reality I did get this skirt at such a bargain price I can't complain.
