Items not as described
Very speedy delivery.
Sadly the two t shirts arrived and were not as described. Both t shirts from R.M.Williams should have had a chestnut steers head on them and both had the head in the same colour as the t shirts themselves. Very disappointing. If I had known this I would have not bought them.

The item I received was second hand.
I ordered a coat that turned out to be covered in stains. When contacting otrium they told me to wash it! take it to a dry cleaners (that they would pay for it) or return the item. I had just bought a new item and the first option was just to wash it????? Or make a trip to the dry cleaners???
I chose the 3rd option. And was given a small discount code (15%) to buy the item again, but as this was my first order I already had 10% off, so the total discount for this inconvenience was only 5% saving me just £7!!
Great customer service but I would expect new items sent in the first place and much better compensation after receiving a second hand item.
