Watch out for Hidden Return Costs
Disappointed by a recent order I returned due to a sizing issue. Set up a free return via Evri and was still charged £6.95 despite the return not costing anything. Contacted Customer Service and given an unsatisfactory response about the "cost of returns". Considering the jacket was completely perfect, sent back for free and would require nothing to be put back into stock, I find this a pretty high charge.
Managed to demonstrate to Customer Service that I arranged my own free return via Evri and they are refunding me the returns cost which is great! Faith restored.

Otrium is a well managed online company offering excellent products and service
I contacted Customer Service who replied promptly by email and with sufficient details for me to be satisfied. They were polite and efficient. My order was complete, well packed in sustainable packaging and arrived within the planned timescale. All fitted perfectly. Excellent value for money and I’m definitely shopping with Otrium again!

Reliable and excellent value
I've made a few purchases with Otrium now and you can't fault the prices and quality.
Shipping Times are good, they pack well and returns are easy. The only mild grumble is the flat shipping and returns fee which is on the high side for smaller orders.

A really brilliant company with mega fast potage
A great company. The send items so fast and so well packaged. I've ordered 3 items in the last month. A refund was needed for one item and it was processed really fast. A great shop with great prices and products exactly as stated. Postage is a little bit more, but they send things lightening speed so I don't mind paying.
