TERRIBLE experience!!!
A maintenance man walked straight into our room (even though the door was closed) without knocking or asking, while my wife and I were in bed!!! The room had already been cleaned, so it was not even cleaning hours.
There is no privacy, and you cannot feel safe or relaxed in your own room.
We shouted, and I, standing in my underwear, yelled at him to leave. His only reaction was: “OPS, WRONG ROOM.”
At the reception, I expected a serious apology, but instead they were rude: they just said it was a maintenance worker who had entered the wrong room. When I asked for contact details to report the incident, I had to insist before finally getting them.
Terrible hotel, terrible location, rude and unprofessional staff.

Esperienza TERRIBILE!!!
Un uomo della manutenzione è entrato in camera (anche se la porta era chiusa) senza bussare e senza chiedere, mentre io e mia moglie eravamo a letto!!! La camera era già stata pulita, quindi non era neppure orario di servizio.
Non c’è alcuna privacy e non ci si può sentire tranquilli nella propria stanza.
Abbiamo urlato e io, in mutande, gli ho gridato di uscire. Lui ha solo detto: “OPS, CAMERA SBAGLIATA”.
In reception mi aspettavo scuse serie, invece sono stati scortesi: si sono limitati a dire che era un manutentore che aveva sbagliato camera. Quando ho chiesto i riferimenti per scrivere dell’accaduto ho dovuto insistere a lungo per ottenerli.
Pessimo hotel, pessima posizione, personale maleducato e pessimo.
