Though I received the glasses frames in excellent condition and within a reasonable time frame, they did not work for me. Return shipping label from the US charge is $24.00. And several days later received an additional $20 VAT charge from FedEx which I assumed Otticanet would cover as part of the return process. This information is nowhere on their site.

In the end, I paid $44.00 to try on a $70.00 pair of frames. Order only if you are sure you will keep the frames. Then you will have a good experience.

Great Customer service, even after they put the wrong(to good to be true) price on-line they honored it. I will buy all my sunglasses from them in the future. Thanks Otticanet Crew.

I ordered three pairs of eyeglasses from them. The in stock pair shipped out within a few hours. I didn't realize the other two were not in stock and requested a refund. Within 24 hrs they credited my account. Great customer service and products.

Regular updates from order to delivery tracking, timely online support. Excellent packaging of fragile items and prompt delivery (7 working days) all the way to Bulgaria - just in time for my summer holiday !

I recently bought an expensive pair of Porsche Design sunglasses from Otticanet. They arrived damaged. With help from their wonderful staff, I was able to return them to Italy and yesterday I received a replacement pair in perfect shape. Otticanet reimbursed me for the Custom charges as well as the expense to have them returned to Italy. Thank you Nicola Piccolo

Quick service and good customer updates.

I waited 5 working days for my sunglasses stay available (when the average waiting time is 5 at 15 working days). I received (Portugal) the sunglasses two days after the warning that my sunglasses was available again!

If I need more sunglasses I will buy through the otticanet site!

I was hesitant to place my order, but it was the best price I had seen. I had almost bought them when I was in the Bahamas but they wanted $300.
Ordered and was told it might take 2 weeks. Customer Service kept in constant contact with me, glasses were received in perfect order. I've since had them made into prescription sunglasses. I was billed for FedEx for the custom duty and as soon as I contacted them, they sent me link to file a request for refund and the next day a refund for the duty had been sent to my credit card company! Would not hesitate to order from again. Wonderful customer service.

Don't buy!!! These are fakes! Taking a loss and returning them $40 shipping .

Made my first purchase of Celine sunglasses. Arrived swiftly. Lenses were scratched on both sides. The company took 3 days to reply. I requested copies of authenticity papers twice which never arrived. Will not order again !!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Otticanet. The customer service could not have been more attentive and helpful. They would respond immediately to any of my questions. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are located in Italy. I did not realize that until it was too late. I had ordered extra pairs to of glasses to try thinking I would just send them back. (They have a huge inventory!). It turned out none of the frames worked so returning them was not only a hassle but expensive. But if you know exactly what frame you want, I would definitely go with them! They shipped them to me extremely quickly. And as I said, unlike some internet companies, they were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. They had great prices and inventory for Oliver People's.

I recently purchased a pair of Dior Sunglasses, prompt delivery, however I was unhappy with the colour and returned them. The service provided to me by the Customer Service team (Manuela,Alessandra & Daniela) was amazing. Prompt responses to my emails, clear directions on how & where to return the glasses as well as feedback when the sunglasses had been received and when funds had been credited back to my account. Would highly recommend this company

I've had a great experience purchasing my husband's Prada sunglasses from Otticanet. I had accidentally autofilled my old address and realized too late, the called Fedex right away to re-route my package to my new address and they took care of it (i did not pay for extra shiping fees). It is now delivered and everything is great. Highly recommend this website.
