Did not receive full order — customer support is ignoring

In December 2025, I placed an order for two pairs of glasses.
However, only one pair was delivered, and I was not informed in advance that the second pair was not available.

Throughout the entire process, I had to take the initiative myself — contacting customer support, asking for order updates, and trying to find out what happened to the second pair. Only later was I told that the model had been discontinued.

I then found a replacement on my own and asked for information on where I could pay the price difference, but I never received a response to that message.

It has now been a month since the order was placed, and the issue remains unresolved.
The company does not respond, and customer support is practically nonexistent.

I consider this behavior irresponsible and unprofessional.
❗ I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company if you do not want to lose both your money and your order.

No response to emails at all

Last time I ordered glasses, I specified the correct model, but I received the wrong one. This time, I didn’t want to order from your website, but I decided to try. At first, you replied that shipping would take 6–8 business days. I placed the order on the 11th, and today is the 24th. It has already been a week since my emails have gone unanswered, my order has not been shipped, and when I write to your WhatsApp, I get dismissive replies saying I should email, yet my emails are not answered.
It is unacceptable to treat a customer this way. How can I know when my order will arrive if the 6–8 day period you specified has long passed?"

Received defective sunglasses and got no refund

I ordered Oakley sunglasses and received them but they were defective.
There is a rule in the EU that within 14 days products that are ordered online can be returned for a full refund. I wrote an email to Otticasm asking to return the order and get a refund. They said OK, you can send it to us and give me the address. I sent the defective sunglasses with a courier company at my expense. When the package reached the destination, Otticasm company did not pick up the delivery and the package came back to me, so I had to pay one more time for the return shipping. For the moment I paid €125 for defective sunglasses plus €50 shipping costs and I received no refund. They stopped answering my emails. I'm really not happy about dealing with Otticasm and I don't recommend anybody to buy from them.

Solid seller and great experience

I purchased an eyeglass frame and the whole process, from payment to shipping, was fast and reliable. The product arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Overall, a smooth and trustworthy experience — a very satisfied customer.

I’m very disappointed with my order

I’m very disappointed with my order. The glasses never arrived — I only received empty boxes. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend, and I couldn’t give it because the glasses simply didn’t come. I expected a proper delivery and a much better experience. I don’t recommend!

Bad shopping experience :

Bad shopping experience :
I incurred a foreign exchange loss through no fault of my own.
Timeline:
4 Jan: I contacted the merchant (otticasm.com) to confirm stock availability.
6 Jan: Merchant confirmed the item was available, and I placed the order.
7 Jan: The merchant cancelled the order themselves.
The transaction was posted as NZD 375.04 rather than being released as a pending authorisation.
The merchant refunded the full original amount of €180.93 the following day, which converted to NZD 363.63.
Because the merchant charged and refunded instead of releasing the authorisation, I’ve incurred a loss of NZD 11.41 purely due to FX conversion timing and margins. I did not cancel the order, receive any goods, or cause the transaction to proceed.
Wasted my time and money. Not good experience.

No order received & no refunding

I placed my order 200064417 in November 2025, and to this day I have received absolutely nothing. The payment was taken immediately, yet there has been no delivery, no update, and no refund. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I am deeply disappointed;

I returned the glasses exactly as…

I returned the glasses exactly as instructed on the website. I have a confirmation from the post office that the return was received at the warehouse more than a month ago, but despite that they still claim that the package has not been received.

They no longer respond to my emails, and I have not received a refund. I find this attitude towards customers extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.

I do not recommend purchasing until customer support and compliance with legal obligations towards customers are resolved.
