Amezing people, good colective, easy job, for second and the third shift food via day, I think, I have the best work in my life.

They try to solve problems which may occur during our stay but sometimes the communication is not so effective.

I like how easy it is to find a good workplace as long as you communicate and help them understand what you can do for work, the housing is very easy and comfortable and since I am a little antisocial I got help finding a single room at my location

Stay away from this company. They have no respect for the people who work for them. We were placed in accommodation with rats, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. Instead of fixing the problem, they expected us to accept those conditions.
On top of that, they gave us bicycles and expected us to travel 15–16 km every day, as if that were a reasonable solution. They make promises before you arrive, but the reality is completely different.
This was the worst working experience I have ever had. If this is how they treat their employees, it says everything about their standards. Don’t waste your time, don’t trust their promises, and don’t expect to be treated with respect. I would never recommend Otto to anyone.

This works for those with muscle structure, not for ordinary people.

Otto taught me that it's important to have a calm head, even when everything goes wrong. When you work with Otto, it's all about luck. Sometimes you get great accommodation for little money and sometimes the opposite... Agencies generally rob their employees of a lot of money. But that's life. Otto employs several thousand employees, so I'm not surprised about that.

I really recommend this company if you are willing to start working somewhere :)

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The way my situation was handled showed a complete lack of respect and responsibility. Problems with accommodation, noise, hygiene and living conditions were ignored until the situation became impossible to tolerate. Only after multiple complaints were sent and the issue escalated did people suddenly start looking for solutions.
It should not take a person reaching their breaking point before basic problems are taken seriously.
Communication was poor, support was slow, and the impression I got was that keeping things quiet was more important than actually helping the person affected.
If you are considering working with this company, think carefully and do your own research first. A company is not judged by how it acts when everything is fine, but by how it treats people when there is a serious problem.

I've been in Netherlands for 9 years now. And to my personal opinion is the best agency I have worked with. Friendly staff, good job offers, really good housing. OTTO made my experience in Netherlands better.

They give you ancient bicycles that must have been picked from the scrapyard and when you tell them that you'd rather just walk to work they forbid you from doing it saying you will be too tired to work if you do that even though it takes far more effort to cycle with their scrap metal. They then make you sign contracts while still in your country giving you the impression that you are getting the job but once you arrive there they take you to another company for an interview where the hiring manager can reject you for any reason and now you just spent money to get there and need to spend even more to get back to your country because you have no job. The accommodations are also horrible and if you happen to go there with family you will be promised by their recruiters that you will be given a double room to live together but once you are there they will house you in separate accommodations with strangers. Overall this was a horrible experience and from now on I am not going to avoid just this agency but Netherlands as a whole because from the experiences of other people I talked with they have way too many scammers and time wasters like this agency.

I went to Bergen op Zoom on 6th of July , Antwerpenstraat, came straight from Latvia, noone greeted, met me when i came, in my 4 years in Netherlands this was THE WORST and most DISGUSTING place ive seen ! When i asked housemates why they dont clean this place, they said they dont care, simple as that, they collect trash inside apartament, Like 100 bottles with soda and alcohol on the balcony and all the apartament, human hair inside bowl for whatever reason, pizza boxes and all the other litter underneath kitchen counter, beds, laundry machine, there was a hole underneath kitchen counter and from that hole mouses came up, on my first day (also my last day cuz i left instantly) there I saw 8 mouses in the house , 5 alive, 3 dead , 1 behind my bed. Im pretty sure these piece of shits from Otto will delete my post cuz they dont want to get their little ratings to be hurt but im just saying what i had to experience, maybe i was extremely unlucky but how in the hell u can do this to a new worker that just came driving 24 hours from his country and noone even meets me there, also i had to wait outside for 3 hours when i came because coordinator and house manager didnt inform that i will be earlier although i texted and called them and informed about this, and little girl with teenage depressed tantrums from Otto emergency number called me rude because i was angry that they want me to clean THEIR MESS In the first day live inside the house with dead and alive mouses.

Don't recommend unless you are in grave need. The attitude of Andriyana Andonova in NL was the worst experience i ever had with humans. Blackmailing me to sign ("if you don't sign no more open doors with us"), being rude for asking questions ("this is not a hotel" for when i asked if there are towels, sheets etc since i would arrive just one day before and it would be Sunday. "Only you make those questions" as if it matters). That woman should not work with people. I'm pretty sure the agency accepts it because they doesn't care about you, at all

The first week of training went all good, information about conditions and my rights were communicated by my trainers and they explained carefully that we employees have the right to request days off especially on those weeks when we are scheduled to work 6 day in a row.
I reached the onsite office, asking for information and support, she claimed that they cannot do anything about that since they expect us to be flexible. First red flag.
I receive the planning for the upcoming three weeks and I see that I am scheduled to work from Monday to Sunday, with only one day off on Wednesday. That week I am scheduled to work three different shifts without a day in between before the nightshift. I came again to the office and asked for this, again they claimed that I must be flexible.
On Monday after the six daywork week, and after my first nightshift, I hurt myself at the workplace due to the nature of the job, its lifting boxes and products that exceed by far the maximum allowed by the law, and their own Labour Agreements (which stands on 10kg on repetitive work).
I called my team leader to quit and leave the workplace since I am In the probation period. They did not let me quit, but sent me on sick leave instead, with all it means. I managed to get an appointment at the hospital with a specialist, and since day 1 they harassed me calling me multiple times per day and gave me written warnings due do my "grey absence".
I just received another phone call from their sick department explaining that my sickness is not accepted, and the law in The Netherlands states to that a company does not accept a sick leave, it has to be processed by the company doctor, which I was never invited. I have the proof that I visited the hospital today and yet the person who contacted me today "kindly" asked me to return to my country.
Otto is that kind of company that treats their employees really bad and punish them when they suffer from the contradictions they apply. I shared in my intake conversation that I wanted to work 5 days max per week and only after the contract is signed they state that their calendar starts on Sunday so they can schedule you 6 times per week.
I find it funny how a company that is built from immigrants have the audacity to feel superior and tell others to go back to their own country when they are the ones bringing people here to work in these conditions and treat them almost like slaves.
They only care for their employees when they are polish, then you come to the office with questions and they speak poor English or Dutch and they look at you like they do not understand, and yet have the arrogance and audacity to tell you these kind of things.
Don't let these people fool you and ALWAYS have your documents, contracts, and agreements in hand because they will find the way around it to sanction you and make what it is in their hands to keep your money, because of course, they also did not pay the first shift I worked for them and this was not written anywhere, they only changed it in the planning once I had worked that week. Its shady, not transparent and exploiting.
This should be audited by the government and I will do what's in my hands to achieve so.
