I work for OTTO for almost 9 years now. I went from Order picker to Teamleader to now working in Marketing as a Content Marketer. (without marketing degree) I have seen and experienced everything that is great about this company as well as everything that is bad. I can honestly tell you that 80% of problems comes from miscommunication, confusion and un-met expectations. Basically like in any other company with 16 000 employees, especially that works between multiple clients and it's employees, like OTTO does. There is no one here intentionally creating all those bad experiences people have. It's just the outcome of the things I listed above. Is your salary different than it should be? Client probably sent wrong hours from their system, or someone here miss-clicked, it will get fixed with next week salary if you point that out. I have been given warning for a mess I didn't create just because it was easier for accommodation manager to punish everyone than to dig deeper. I mean in the end we're all humans with different moods trying to make thing a bit easier for ourselves. I have been given a lot of support and chances to grow into my current role without any education. There were many people on my way that provided their support for me to grow. I'm not Dutch nor Polish and I have never experienced discrimination here. I'm not saying it doesn't exist but I have never experienced it myself. I tried to be kind, open, hard working and patient and it always worked our for me. I believe if you come with same attitude, it will work out great for you as well. I don't think there is a better way to move to another country and start your life there than using services of work agency. In this case OTTO was the one that still today provide job for me to grow and build my life here in the Netherlands. And for all the good and for all the bad it still deserves 5 stars from me.

Working for OTTO W.F since a year now and I'm glad to say I haven't been more happier anywhere I've been before. Working for Albert Heijn is another perk that makes the whole experience even more fulfilling. Professionalism of coordinator and office is the highest imaginable and I've never ever had been ignored or any enquiries were delayed. Can honestly state Otto does what's in their Motto 😁

Low sallary, literary robbing people, I am hard working and you give me only 206€, for 3 days and 1 Holiday, what am I done to you? what your people doing!!!why sutch quelty!!

This is a company that values its employees, listens to their problems, and takes action quickly. Everything here is excellent.

Work experience and experience with Otto is really good.

My experience is still low but I learn fast I hope to be better in the future.

I would like the schedule to be respected, meaning one week on the morning shift and one week on the afternoon shift, not two different shifts in the same week. If I am assigned to the afternoon shift, I would prefer to work only afternoon shifts that week. I would also like there to be more working hours available, and for the coordinators and team leaders to pay attention to and appreciate the hardworking employees who truly care and put effort into their work.

I like that the payments are made on time, the accommodation is good, the workplace has a pleasant environment, and the agency helps us when we have a problem. So far, I would say my experience is 7/10, because if there were more working hours, it would be really great.

I like Otto because they’re helpful when you need something, the accommodation that they gave me, it’s nice and close to the workplace. It’s a good agency.

It's nice at work, I am happy when the break time is.
I had many day's off because of holidays.
I wish to work also on Saturday or Sunday, maybe every second or third weekend in month, when is possible. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

A stable job, acceptable salary,

Salary on time and we had 3 great coordonators .Iulia(Romanian,she left) Bartosz( i think polish a great guy also) and Adriana( Romanian -she is knew but the best) the only thing that was bad, is the coordonator Magda when we had a problem she dind’t care ,when we wanted a single day off ,she said “ is not possible” ( i never asked for free days ,i had only the best emails from the company i work ,i had no sick days and when i asked her that was the answer) she is very rude .

For me everting its good ,the people, team leaders, people from Office, they do great joob and helps to much
