Me and my fiancé just finished therapy with Monica after about a year with weekly sessions. When me and my fiancé started we could not communicate properly if are life depended on it and had so many unresolved issues from our own pasts. Monica did a phenomenal job guiding us through processing our own emotions and communicating them with each other. Me and my fiancé are a completely different couple today (for the better) and Monica was such an integral part of our growth. She challenged us in ways that we needed, but always guided us with patience and empathy. I would recommend anyone struggling with their partners to see Monica. It was worth every cent.

My therapist is very easy to talk to and helps me feel comfortable expressing how I feel. I enjoy the pathways “homework” and utilizing the library of videos available on the app. I find it helpful to use the emotion check-ins to keep myself accountable.

The Our Ritual program has been wonderful and life changing. The pathway videos on emotional intimacy were so helpful. I engaged fully with the process, and that was key to creating meaningful change. My expert Kunhee met me right where I was and helped me to grow in every session. I strongly recommend Our Ritual as a supplement to individual therapy.

I signed up for a monthly subscription, and learned during my first session that I could only get 20 minutes a week. I reached out to ask about longer sessions and the price was way too high for me to consider.

A second subscription charge went through before I cancelled and they denied my request for a refund because I didn’t cancel after my first session. I guess that is fair enough, but then they charged me $124 just to cancel.

I strongly suggest avoiding money gouging apps like these and trying your local therapists instead.

Finally!!! A therapist that can help us vs turn every topic into a confrontation. Could not be happier or more grateful for Galit and all the ways she has helped my wife and I.

If you are looking for counseling and your’re apprehensive about doing it virtually, please don’t be!! Our experience with Our Ritual has been nothing but positive and wonderful. The app is informative and very easy to use and we love our counselor.

Timely app and experience.

The app is really informative and the therapists are really intelligent. Each session is curated to focus on what we want and need. I love all the types of therapy information we get like videos, journals, live, and audio. I highly recommend.

This service is super easy to use. The homework is short and digestible. Our relationship coach was able to meet with us at a lot of different times. It’s improved my partner and I understanding of each other.

we loved working with Isabel and made great strides in our relationship - we need a bit of a break from the work to avoid burnout but will likely comeback to Ritual in the future to do more
