Awfull!!
Awfull!!! Can't delete photo, can only delete account on a computer which i don't have access to. Wish I'd never gone on it in first place!!!
First Toe in the Water
I have not been on a dating site before and am very impressed with Ourtime. The members I have seen are all pleasant looking and decent men who I have felt comfortable connecting with. It’s very early says but so far so good.
You can never leave, they won't let you delete your account
I just want to delete my acount, but it is impossible. The help pages dont load ever. This site sucks a*se.
Guess Im now just an extra profile to make up numbers of alleged active members. I'm not...
Some really nasty pieces of work behind this site. You can never delete your profile, and if they have your bank details...look out
Beware fake profiles
Please, for the love of god, don’t part with your money.
90% of these profiles are fake, 50+? No way, more like 30+.
And there is no customer number.
Charge too much
Charge too much. Give likes when you have not done it.
One star is still an exaggeration
One star is still an exaggeration. This is a scam site. I signed up and then I. could never ever access my profile again . A reset email was never sent.
AVOID this page!!!
too early to say
Save your money.
I'm writing a review here in order to help others avoid this organisation. Ourtime appears to use the same database as match.com, but filtered to show only over-50s. Its advantage is that it has a very large database and that is the only good thing I can say about it. I subscribed to Ourtime some years back and it was fairly OK - I'm a reasonably attractive and intelligent individual and I would get a reply rate of perhaps one in three of those I contacted, resulting in an exchange of messages, a telephone chat and - if we both wanted it - a meeting. I've had a similar level of response on other dating websites I've tried, so I know I'm not being unrealistic. But on Ourtime in 2025? Not one response to almost twenty messages I sent, and not even (so far as I can tell) did one of them even look at my profile. I had two contact messages which came from others I followed up, and they were very suspicious - one definitely using AI to phrase responses, (To check this I asked AI to prepare a message to respond to what I had said, and it was remarkably similar!). I did have a number of contacts from others which I was not interested in pursuing (though I always replied as a matter of courtesy). So my conclusion is lots of fake and completely dormant profiles, quite a few bad actors, and - I suspect - completely bogus profiles set up to contact subscribers to try to keep them engaged. Complaints in response to satisfaction questions are met with standard computerised responses, Beyond that the functionality is poor and the filters ineffective.
Had high hopes with this experience…
Had high hopes with this experience because of the adverts on television.
But there are all the same faces, and not had that many positive connections via this dating website.
Over rated indeed, shame as I am dissapointed by the experience. Do not waste your money as you will get no where!
Shame!
Steer clear be warned
Taken subscription without my permission
Please do not sign up with this company. I signed up for one month. Surprise surprise they deducted a second payment with out my permission. I contacted them no reply. I will be contacting the bank tomorrow report this as a fraudulent transaction.
Steer clear of this scam
Complete and total waste of time.
Complete and total waste of time.
Do NOT waste your money on this site.
The terms and conditions and help pages do not load, most likely intentionally as they don't want anyone to cancel the expensive, pointless subscriptions. The same people visit profiles over and over, even after they've been blocked.
I was on Match.com but got…
I was on Match.com but got disillusioned but thought i would give Ourtime a go couple of days ago. Why did i bother as there are exactly the same profiles and descriptions on there as on Match which seems very odd as they are supposed to be 2 separate companies. I contacted Our time but strangely got a reply back from Match which seems to reaffirm my thoughts.
BEWARE - misleading and not transparent subscription
I signed up for one month only at a cost of £44.99. I believed it would finish at the end of the month - it didn’t and I was charged another £44.99 and this would have continued until I cancelled it. I complained that it was misleading and not transparent. I got fobbed off.
I paid my money
I paid my money, had access for 2 hours now cannot get back into my account. I asked to reset my password and they never send a e mail.
Stay away from this scam company.
I recently signed back up to Ourtime…
I recently signed back up to Ourtime after a few months break. For some reason I was only seeing females and I am a heterosexual woman. I spent about an hour trying to change this, but was unable to do so. I am no tech whiz but this should have been a straight forward thing… right? Despite googling, YouTubing etc, I was totally bamboozled and eventually decided to delete my account. I just hope I’m not gonna be charged
As a woman using this site
As a woman using this site, I had a mixed experience...
My main problem was never been able to log on for days at a time - site saying not available.
I wrongly presumed this is because I hadn't signed up financially. I was offered a bonus month and paid but nothing improved. I did meet up with a couple of very pleasant men.
But there were a lot of time wasters on there, this is my one and only experience of online dating. I get the impression that that's quite normal.
Load of rubbish
Load of rubbish. Registered and logged in a few times. Was then on the verge of subscribing but thought it best to wait, and glad I did!
I can't even log in now, almost like somebody has deleted my account! haha
Their website functionality sucks anyway.
It’s a good site but subscription all…
It’s a good site but subscription all the time and bonus’s let’s it down
The whole site is just a joke
The whole site is just a joke, all they care about is selling you things that they promise will help you but in fact they do nothing, hardly anyone has been online in the last month, I suspect the only ones who have been online are mostly staff trying to make relevant engagement to make it seem busy.
This site asked me to comment,, Then shut me down..
This site asked me to comment on the site, so I did, nothing to negative, but said it was rather pricey to see the same faces year after year, and not enough new people to warrant the price of a month. And guess what guys, the next thing was me being blocked from my own profile, couldn't even log in as they shut me down. But they asked me to comment so they could better the site, and then they block you. How very very sad this site is. Stay well clear people, you have been warned.
