If I could have left a minus 5 stars for the Outback at Seminole City Center, I would. We used to go frequently, but the steaks got worse and worse. After a year we tried again, Ordered steak medium but it was almost raw with brown on outside, sent it back and they sent a new one that was correct, but then broccoli was cold. Went back yesterday because we were nearby. 1st 2 steaks were well done, since my husband had finished eating, I asked for the 3rd one with a Togo box and i would have it at home. They brought it already boxed up. When I got home, I cut into it….it was more than well done. So done with Outback. They took it off of the check, but big deal, too tough to eat so shouldn’t have been charged anyway. It used to be so good!

On 5/12/24 at the highway 280 location near Birmingham, we were given plastic utensil kits to eat with, styrofoam cups, servers got orders wrong, took an hour to get food after seated. I left a $16 tip on debit card but then later the bank statement showed $14 more than my receipt (which I still have) after tip, so it appears the server put in a $30 tip instead of the $16.

In a mostly empty restaurant, I was asked to leave because I was taking up space for other (non-existent) guests. I have never experienced such poor service.

This was a complete disappointment!!! My wife and I ordered our meal and Onion Soup, Her soup was cool at best and the expensive Ribeyes looked like ponderosa steak house rejects! thin and tough. We both ordered extra mushrooms and onions, we got them but both sets seemed pretty cool. THis was a few weeks after they opened we have not been back IT WAS THAT BAD.

Last night was about the fourth time that I have ordered from Outback for pickup. I am always blown away by their attention to detail fulfilling their orders. Our order is always correct, organized, and labeled correctly. No chance of getting anyone's order mixed up, especially steak orders with different cooking times. Then above all else is the way things taste - DELICIOUS!!

I am a Cobb Salad lover. The menu said chicken came in the salad but I could get Salmon ADDED for a price of $3, which i did order. When I got my order, there wasn't any chicken, just salmon. The menu did not say SUBSTITUTE. I expected both chicken and salmon. Also, very skimpy on the cheese.

Location was 7000 block of Hwy 6 Houston ,Tx.
Service was Good, Salmon was very good.
But when it came to the Ribeye, was so salty! Couldn't get pass a 3rd of it . I had the other person at the table have some it, maybe it was my taste buds, but NO they said it was to salty. Couldn't eat it.
2nd time in 2 years, will NOT go back.

My wife and I went to Outback in Macon, Ga. the other evening. First, it was absolutely freezing in there. One couple actually left after being seated for a few minutes. I got prime rib and she had a filet and lobster tail. It was okay, not really a lot of taste, then the A/C got the food cold really quick.

Abigail was a very attentive server! Food was seasoned so well! Great lunch!

My Husband and I went to Outback Steakhouse #4412 in Webster Texas last night. We have been going to Outback restaurants for over 20 years but this night was the best. Why- we had Tristian as our server. He was so polite, funny and very attentive. It was a great experience. We also told his boss and she was very happy and said he really was good. We'll be back!

The steak was grainy and chewy and baked potato was not fully cooked and it did not have the salt on outside like we like !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The restaurant has been going down hill for awhile we were frequent customers since it opened in 1988 I don't think we will be back wife sent her steak back only to get one not much better as I sat and watched her as I was done awhile ago It was our 49 anniversary NOT GOOD

I visited Outbacks Steakhouse at Ellsworth Place Silver Spring, MD for the 1st time this evening. My server Jay W was very courteous and professional. He checked on me often. I tipped him more than 25%. Other servers brought me meal and drinks with a place. I informed the manager Mike Watts about my pleasant experience, and he smiled and thanked me.
I didn't realize this store is brand new.
My experience is much more pleasant and positive than last week's visit at Outbacks Steakhouse at PG Plaza near my residence Sunday August 4. I informed the manager Mike about my negative experience about the delay after my meal for nearly 20 minutes before the server gave me the check. No server or manager checked on me. He apologized and gave me $30 gift certificates. I told him I am visiting Silver Spring location thereafter.

I took my wife to the Middletown Delaware outback restaurant for her birthday. John David was our waiter. He was excellent. We never had to look for him for anything. He was attentive and knew about all of the food choices on the menu and answered all of our questions. We ordered apatizers and our main courses and never felt rushed. The meal was spaced out perfectly as we finished each course the next was brought after clearing our table of the used tableware. We had the blooming shrimp for an apatizer and it was very tasty and hot. My wife had filet mignon and I had outback 16oz prime rib. Both were cooked to perfection exactly as ordered. Just an excellent experience.
As I said, our waiter John David was so attentive making sure we had everything we wanted stopping by to be sure that we wanted for nothing. Even the hostess who greeted us with a smile checked on us to be sure we were enjoying our meal. The prices I thought were fair for the quality and quantity of the tasty dishes
In conclusion, we will be returning to Middletown Outback again soon.

We had dinner at Outback in Rapid City, SD on 8/3/24. Wonderful experience! Our waiter Quinn, was excellent! He was extremely polite and attentive to our every need without being obtrusive. He was knowledgeable about menu details. Even better, he was charming, funny and able to have a fun and interesting conversation while keeping all his tables happy. Great kid! Give this one a raise!

We were at Detroit Airport. Got to Outback & waited to be seated however there was no hostess to seat us. After standing & waiting for 7mins, I approached a server & enquired if it would be okay if we took a seat as the restaurant had many available. She bluntly responded & said the hostess was in the washroom & we had to wait until a hostess arrived. After standing for another 5 mins, by kow 10 mins, I once again approached the same server & she pretended to be surprised my me asking if she couldn't seat us. She then approached yet another server who walked over to us & told us in no uncertain terms that nobody would be seating us, only the person who was in the washroom would be able to seat us & until then we would have to stand.
I responded & said I would no longer stand & wait & I would also most certainly not support their restaurant & instead take my business elsewhere.
Such bad bad service & short-sightedness! Alienating & turning away paying customers.

We had dinner tonight, at Outback in New Bern.
Our server, Melissa was wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and efficient. We will request her in the future!

Our waitress was very impersonal. Either the waitress or the kitchen botched both of our orders. The waitress never offered drink refills. My medium burger came to the table well done and my brussels sprouts were under cooked. We were truly shocked at the lack of pride and lack of customer care that we experienced. With so many steak houses to choose from we were disappointed in the lack of concern in providing a good customer experience.

Dillon did a great job as a server! In fact, all the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and cooked to our taste. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall Outback seems to be going down hill the past few years. The only reason we went this time is because someone gave us a gift card. Just ate at the one in Hot Springs AR and the service was not good and half the food wasn't either. When we did get the appetizer it tasted burned and the server seemed put out when we asked for small plates to share it and the bread. We both had potato soup and it came out not much warmer than room temperature. They took it back and heated it up but it was so watered down it had almost no flavor. It felt like flagging traffic to get the server's attention for a refill even though it wasn't even busy. They've REALLY cut down portion Size on the chicken, that oary did taste good though. This place has gone from one of our favorite places to eat to a we don't want to go back place. The one in Little Rock really isn't any better.
