I took my wife for her birthday to the Oakhurst location.
We have been there before. Just a side note .I am a graduate of NECI. Retired from the bussiness . The so called slow roasted prime rib was tastless and tough and my wife had the salmon it was dry and the rice was left under the heat lamp way to long and had a wonderfull crunch. Thanks for ruining her birthday

 I have had so many problems with my local Outback. If you buy a gift card from them and they give you the bonus gift cards, you can only use one at your table per trip, so if you have a friend that brings one they can’t use theirs. If they have a special like a free awesome blossom then you can’t use the bonus gift cards either. At my local outback the food is hit or miss. Mostly miss. I find the shrimp is good, and the salmon is good. The chicken is usually overdone and too much sauce and cheese. The steak has consistently been filled with gristle and overcooked and basically inedible. The past four times I’ve ordered steak. I’ve had to send it back and by the time I get another steak, it’s too late to eat it and I have to take it home. I end up giving it to my dog as still is full of gristle. If I pay with cash, the waitress keeps the coin change without asking. Silverware is mostly always dirty. some of the waitresses are not “hygienically suited to their job”. I have been to other outbacks that are excellent, but this is the only one in my area and far below the mark of quality. Complaining to corporate does not help as they just send the complaint to the local manager, and then he tries to justify his stores failings and acts as if I’m being unreasonable. Once I use the gift cards I have left. I will not go back. Such a disappointment, especially for the price point.

I am a Cobb Salad lover. The menu said chicken came in the salad but I could get Salmon ADDED for a price of $3, which i did order. When I got my order, there wasn't any chicken, just salmon. The menu did not say SUBSTITUTE. I expected both chicken and salmon. Also, very skimpy on the cheese.

Location was 7000 block of Hwy 6 Houston ,Tx.
Service was Good, Salmon was very good.
But when it came to the Ribeye, was so salty! Couldn't get pass a 3rd of it . I had the other person at the table have some it, maybe it was my taste buds, but NO they said it was to salty. Couldn't eat it.
2nd time in 2 years, will NOT go back.

We are veryyyy upset and disgusted by what we just experienced. We have been enjoying Outback for years and this will be our LAST time there. We bought take out dinner today, 4/1/24, and it was the worst experience we've ever had. We got 1/2 rack ribs with dressed potato and broccoli, and a toowoomba salmon with rice and broccoli. We also got 1 butter cake, 1 chocolate tower cake and 2 tim ram brownie cakes. The food was cold and did not taste good, except for the salmon. The broccoli was over done from being in baggies, the potato wasn't done enough with very little toppings, the ribs tasted different than previous ones, and not in a good way. The deserts were so nasty, we trashed them after just one bite of each. the tim tam brownie was dry and all you could taste was cheap peanut butter, the chocolate mousse was just nasty, and the caramel was horrible. The chocolate tower cake simply didn't taste good at all, and the butter cake, though ok, was not to our taste. Your quality has gone down so badly, it's unbelieveable. This meal costs us quite a lot of money and it was a complete and total disappointment. I should demand my money back.

Our waitress, Emily, was lovely. The entire operation seemed quite efficient. And, the blooming onion was AMAZING! However, dinner was disappointing. The loaded baked potatoes were very salty. The shrimp with my salmon were also over salted. The portions were huge, but overall a bit overdone. My husband’s steak was pure gristle. He could not eat it. (Emily offered him a piece of cheesecake as an apology. ) I hope this was caused by the fact that it was a very be busy night.

Went out to celebrate my birthday with my husband and daughter on 2-19-23. When we were seated the server bought out bread plates but no bread. Flag server down to ask for bread again, never did get any and we we're no longer interested in the blooming onion as our entries had been delivered. Server never came back to check how everything was. Daughter wanted her steak down a little bit more, salmon was just luke warm. my steak was suppose to be medium but was medium well. only saw sever again , when he asked if we wanted the bill which was about 45 minutes to an hour after we received our food. Wouldn't recommend eating there

My wife ordered a Salmon Dinner to go.

We received a slimy, sloppy, piece of pathetic uncooked fish that could NOT have been on the grill for longer than 17.3 seconds.

Luckily, my daughter did not consume this garbage. She might have been in the hospital emergency room getting her stomach pumped.

I frequently dine at the Outback in Saginaw for the best steak, ahi tuna and salads in town! Absolutely love the Blue Cheese Pecan Salad, the Prime Rib sandwich and Toowoomba salmon, and their manager Paige is super sweet and professional! Highly recommend!

I visited Outback in Springfield NJ. My experience was amazing. The manager, Melissa, was so thoughtful. She was able to substitute salmon for my steak at my request on a pasta dish. The food was amazing but also she made me feel like a truly valued customer. Ivan(server) was also amazing as he went back and forth to make my request happen. I will come back again and again. 5 Stars for sure.

This is the Outback in Lithia Florida (fishhawk location). A group of us eat there once a week but I couldn't this past Wednesday 9/22/21 so my co-workers brought me back the perfectly grilled salmon. However, the salmon was not perfectly grilled it was damn near completely raw. I normally get the salmon and it is good but not this time. I called to speak to the manager and literally stayed on hold for 14 minutes. The manager that was working days on 9/22 is not professional at all and very rude. All he said was I will talk to the cook, there was no apology or any concern at all about what I paid for raw food. I have pictures if needed.

Went to Outback Steakhouse in Largo Florida on Sunday night 12-20-2020. First the waitress said the blooming onion was over cooked, but try it. When are main dishes came the waitress said to my grand daughter your blooming chicken was over cooked. They brought my Salmon and it was burnt on the outside, I asked to have it returned. Later the manager brought out my Salmon and it was also burnt, but I gave up and ate it. I have NEVER seen Salmon burnt on the outside unless you ask for blackened Salmon.

Order a 10 oz salmon and it’s delivered to your home and it’s 4.5oz no way that how that make up the difference for profit

Yesterday, me and my daughter went to order lunch at the Outback Steakhouse in Kennewick, WA and our experience was bad. Although, the food was on time the quality of the food lacked. I ordered salmon and my daughter some ribs. We opened our food like less than ten minutes later and the salmon was cold and overcooked, I didn't get any lemon to go with it either. I ordered mixed veggies and only got a big quantity of broccoli. My mashed potatoes were cold as well and I didn't get any gravy to go with it. My daughter ordered some ribs which were not hot either. We also requested an extra piece of bread but we only got one which was cold so my son fed it to the ducks at the park. I will no longer go and purchase any food from here! My receipt information is table # 998 and SvrCK # 22.

Hello My parent and my self went to the Outback in Hampton Va and we will not go back there again ever. The Waiter was very nice and busy taking care if 2 other bad table besides our and I felt bad for him and his name was Jarred every handsome man, but my mothers Salmon was over cooked and hard and my Dads Ribs were well done and could hardly chew the meat, When asked to speak to the manager she took for ever to get to our table and when confronted with the problem she laughed and I thought that was not the right response to give, so she pretty much forced my mom to take one home to comp her meal oh she comped moms meal by taking it off and then charging it again , I'm not having that and then only giving me 10% off for the meal, no way, so I told her that wasn't acceptable and that we didn't want the salmon and she needs to take both salmon off and do something about my dads ribs
And I think I got her angry cause when she came back with the new receipt she just set it down on our table just like the table behind us

As always the food was delicious! It was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. I had filet and lobster, Mom had bourbon salmon, and my kiddo had the kid's steak. For dessert we had the chocolate boomerang fondue, which was the best! (Hurry in because this dessert is a promotional item and will not be available for long.)
Service was impeccable and call-ahead seating made our wait time in this extremely busy Outback, less than 15 minutes.
Overall, a fabulously enjoyable dinner outing. :)
Although we live closer to the St.Peters Outback Steakhouse, we go to the O'Fallon MO Outback Steakhouse because of the ambiance, mostly, and food and service is better here.

Great steak and seafood for very reasonable prices. Outback is one of my favorite restaurants. Consistently high quality food. Fresh salads, delicious appetizers (especially the coconut shrimp or CRISPY LOBSTER & SHRIMP BITES), best steaks, and great seafood options or adds (especially the bourbon bacon salmon or GREAT BARRIER COMBO). And the only dessert you really need - CHOCOLATE THUNDER FROM DOWN UNDER (pecan brownie with vanilla ice cream)!!!!
