They have sold me a refurbished suit.
They have sold me a refurbished suit.
First, the right side of the suit is normal, there is a strange shadow on the left side of the suit, the linen fabric is blistered and stiff, and there are stains.
Second, the lining of the left sleeve of the suit has been artificially altered, and I compared the lining of the left and right sleeves.
Only the lining of the left sleeve has a problem.
The stitching of the original lining is invisible and hidden inside.
However, the left sleeve of this suit has 2 types of stitching that are stitched together.
The artificial secondary modification of the stitching is different from the original version, it is exposed stitching.
The ones circled in blue in the photo are the modified stitches.
The ones circled in red are the original hidden stitching.
International customers should not buy, this is a store that cheats its customers.
I paid more for transit postage and received such a used repair product.

We only sell new products. You purchased a linen jacket and you were convinced it was adapted/refurbished in some way so we sent you photos of the the same stitching on a jacket from stock from the same brand. You didn’t believe the photos were real so we sent you a video.
We advised from the moment you contacted you could return for a refund.
Anyone can return their purchase and if there is a fault with an item then of course we refund postage. I include your first email to us and my reply. I haven’t included your subsequent threatening emails simply because I’m not sure what could have prompted your response. Best regards Alan

Made a purchase that unfortunately I had to return, lovely though it was. Posted back by Royal Mail. OutDazl haven’t received it.. it’s now been 4 weeks.

Thankfully out dazl accepted my order again after me returning orders ( fair enough) and I’m so glad I’m back in the gang because my sleeper red lurex outfit is stunning and perfect for our upcoming Virgin cruise and the Red night event !
