Quick and easy to order by phone and the person I spoke to was very helpful, only ordered yesterday so delivery remains to be seen, but it says dispatched so if it arrives tomorrow as it should I would give them top marks.

Great speedy delivery and well packaged order. The wild fig soap smells lovely and leaves hands feeling soft. The bottles are an extravagant looking addition to your bathroom. Even bought the 5 litres to refill them. Really impressed with the 13.5 tog king size quilt and is just as stated ‘hotel quality’. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchases. Will definitely be buying again and would highly recommend.

Total failure by DPD to deliver on Wednesday or Thursday or to leave at my designated pickup point on Friday. On Saturday they couldn’t tell me where the parcel was, promising a call from the depot manager (which hasn’t happened).

For some reason the delivery address given to DPD didn’t include the building name or business name, which is crucial but since they didn’t even attempt delivery that point is currently moot. They wouldn’t take a building name when I contacted them twice on Saturday
