Reply: we have emailed you at least four different times with no response. That’s what it says below… we also filled out your form online. And other students have reached out to you as well. You had a shuttle service you charged people for and then canceled for December 19 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and you didn’t refund them, you should already know that. Shouldn’t be hard to look up who you did not refund.

Paid for a shuttle to the airport that they cancelled and never refunded to any of the kids. We have tried to contact them multiple times with no response.

I had an incredible trip through outside life. They made getting to and from the airport extremely easy while putting us in great lodging options close to the mountains.

All around attention to detail for travel, itinerary for the week, and great vibes all around make it impossible to not have a great time on Outside Life trips!

From a traveler’s perspective, Outside Life has been awesome from start to finish. Communication is always clear and easy, which makes the whole trip feel stress-free before you even leave. The check-in process is smooth and organized, so once you arrive you can just enjoy the trip. Everything from lodging to transportation to ski access is handled well, and the events are exactly as advertised — fun, well planned, and never forced.

I’ve been on Outside Life trips for three years now, and they’ve been my favorite trips of my lifetime. Every year somehow tops the last and never feels repetitive. The balance between skiing, events, and just having a great time with good people is hard to beat, and it’s a trip I look forward to all year. I’d recommend Outside Life to anyone looking for an unforgettable ski experience.

These guys never fail to impress. Great people and their services makes it so easy for big groups. White glove service with everything taken care of. Easy communication with your rep that’ll handle all the little issues along the way. And the kicker is it’s actually cheaper than if you go on your own. 5 nights ski in ski out in Whistler with 3 days lift ticket for $1,000 per person.

I have been traveling with Outside Life for a few year now and have nothing but positive things to say. From the excellent customer service to action-packed even trips to the amazing college-friendly price points, I would never of imagined that trips like this were possible at such a young age. Some of my best memories have been made on the Outside Life trips, and I have been able to meet so many students from other universities who were also seeking adventure, apres, and an experience that didn't break their wallet. Even upon arrival, the staff greets you with a smile on their face, and the check in process was very smooth and streamlined to your needs. Although I will be graduating, I will continue to go on the countless Outside Life trips that they offer going forward.

The trip was exactly as advertised. The apres event was better than I expected and the company was extremely transparent with all payments, travel itineraries, and check in info/processes.

Super fun trip that was extremely well organized from start to finish. There was always something to do with tons of events and activities, which made it such a great experience with friends. The people leading the trip were incredibly kind and helpful and were always available to answer questions or help whenever we needed anything. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I would absolutely recommend it.

Overall it was a great trip. Registration was simple and took care of all needs for the trip - ski rentals, lift pass, shuttles, and lodging. Shuttling was no problem and when we arrived at our lodge, staff was ready with our packets that included lift pass and such. Staff was very nice and energetic. The events were very fun and the itinerary did a good job helping us make the most out of our week! Outsidelife organized a great week for us and I will be coming back with them.

This was my fourth year going on LSU ski trip and it will always be my favorite trip! Not only do we get the opportunity to ski at beautiful resorts at a discounted price, but they have the best parties and events set up for us! Any questions you may have while on the trip is easily answered by the outside life staff or campus reps and you get an itinerary letting you know about anything and everything that may go on that week! Overall there is nothing better than being with your friends in the mountains on a stress-free, excitement-packed trip!

I had such a great experience with Outside Life. The communication was super easy and clear. Everything was as advertised, and the events were really fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, the shuttle ran smoothly, and the rooming setup was comfortable. Overall it was a great experience and my favorite college trip by far!

The accommodations were excellent. Room assignments, check in, rental pickup, and lift pass pickup were all as smooth as it gets.

The pricing also felt very fair, if you run the numbers on planning the same trip yourself, it adds up fast and ends up costing more than what Outside Life charges. On top of that, they hosted multiple events throughout the week. The Après party at the base of the mountain that Outside Life put on was easily my favorite part of the trip.

The only thing that could be improved is communication around shuttle details. That said, these trips have a lot of people, and it was easy to follow the crowd and everything worked out just fine.

I had an incredible experience with Outside Life! They went above and beyond my expectations and truly set the bar way too high for my first ski trip. The communication, resources, and available amenities were amazing—not to mention getting to stay somewhere so nice at such a reasonable cost. Thank you, Outside Life!

I’ve been with outside life for 2 years and everything ran smoothly both times. The shuttle from the airport was great, checking in was easy, and the whole week was perfect! I especially liked the fun events they have planned each night and the way they keep you updated by text message throughout the week. 10/10 would recommend!!
