Wished I had done this search before ordering. AVOID this company at all costs. Bought a pair of bike shoes -- not only did it take over 2 weeks to arrive -- there were bolts and a cleat cutout installed on the bottom of the shoes. I've bought many bike shoes and it's pretty standard practice for retails to not accept returns on shoes if cleats have been installed. Thought it strange that there were already bolts in the shoes but having never dealt with this company or the shoe manufacture didn't think too much about it. Shoes didn't fit - returned within 2 weeks....and they won't take them back because......there are bolts in them. YES the ones they put in. They claim they didn't do it nor their "supplier." When I asked for contact info on the supplier....no reply. They are corrupt and I would stay far far away!!

This is the warmest and most comfortable jacket I've owned. I have had great satisfaction from Marmot softgoods in the past, so I wanted to give this hoody a try. It's very lofty and super warm. I like the insulated hood, and the down has stayed dry in the wet snow.

I am 5'10" with an athletic body and this jacket fits great.It is made up of very nice quality and water repellent materials.It isn't puffy or boxy, snug fit, sleeve length is great, and it isn't too short or too long.It is really warm.

I ordered a sleeping bag for my wife and it took 6 weeks to be delivered. Although I am very satisfied with the product the lead time for delivery was extremely long and I was quite disappointed with this length of time. After discussing this with the Company I understand they are working to fix these problems. Let’s hope they can figure out these problems as their price was very competitive.

Cancelled order right after placing it and gave me the run around on my refund. It's been two weeks now, so I decided to just dispute the charges with my bank. Terrible customer service!!!

11 days after placing my order, still waiting for my order - or even a shipping notification. Communication is inconsistent. They have a 5 hr daily window to call customer service (is this 1995?). Nothing happens outside of business days - holidays and weekends are off-limits, it seems. They say "customer service is their business". So far feels like the exact opposite. They did have the best price on the item I ordered, so there's that. If I ever receive it.

I read the reviews after placing an order and felt sick. I had not heard from the company and my order said processing, the money cleared my card and now what! I did communicate by email and did receive prompt responses and good customer service. It took two weeks to receive the coat but is perfect and much cheaper than in any other store. If you don't mind waiting a couple weeks for shipping, it is well worth it!
