I am upset and annoyed at how energy companies are allowed to flagrantly OVERESTIMATE bills. It is unacceptable that they are so cavalier when using estimates to collect money.
Four the last few months I have been using around 160kw. I have just received an estimated bill for the last 28 days. Last year during the same period I used 162kw..
So guess what the “estimate” is???
2863kw. Yup 2863kw. That’s last year 162kw. That’s last month 158kw. And that’s their estimate of 2863kw.
How are they allowed to get away with it???

Lack of communication cameago but could…
Engineer came Six weeks ago but could not continue with Service as a new part was needed. Said he would order part and come back. Six weeks later I had to ring OVO to chase up order. Not ordered apparently, but said they would call me back in 24 hours - no call received. Rang again and the young guy on the phone was excellent and found out for me that they were coming in a few days time but no one had informed me. Finally came and repair and Service was carried out

One of the best companies on the market
I've never had any problems with this company but unfortunately I've had to leave because of financial issues if they could have found me a fixed duel fuel tariff I wouldn't have left the lady in spoke to on the phone was very polite & understanding
