Bonjour (hôtel palace rodos) à Rhodes
L’hôtel est propre, la chambre aussi, L’équipe de l’hôtel très serviable
L’équipe d’animation française était très bien et sympa
3 points négatifs , la nourriture du self était bien, plusieurs plats mais pas assez variée à mon goût, toujours les même plats pendant 8 jours, trop repetitif
Le midi il faudrai rajouter des machines à café pour les français car pas possible de boire un café au self.
3eme point important , la taxe de séjour en arrivant à l’hôtel est trop chère, 105 euros pour 7 jours, soit 15 euros par jour, je veux bien mettre 50 euros mais pas 105, trop onéreux.
Sinon dans l’ensemble c’est pas mal, ça serait bien d’avoir quelqu’un qui parle français à l’accueil car beaucoup de personnes âgées française ne parlent pas anglais
Sinon côté excursions, prix en moyenne est de 70 euros, dans ce tarif, les entrées pour les visites des monuments devraient être incluses dans le prix ainsi que le repas, ce qui n’est pas le cas.il faut toujours payer en plus, c’est dommage

The hotel is clean, as is the room. The hotel staff is very helpful. The French entertainment team was very good and friendly. Three negative points: the food in the cafeteria was good, with several dishes but not varied enough for my taste. Always the same dishes for 8 days, too repetitive. At lunchtime, they should add coffee machines for French people because it's not possible to drink coffee in the cafeteria. Third important point: the tourist tax upon arrival at the hotel is too expensive: 105 euros for 7 days, or 15 euros per day. I'm willing to pay 50 euros, but not 105, too expensive. Otherwise, overall it's not bad. It would be nice to have someone who speaks French at reception because many elderly French people don't speak English. Otherwise, as for excursions, the average price is 70 euros. At this price, entrance fees for visits to monuments should be included in the price, as well as meals, which is not the case. You always have to pay extra, which is a shame.

Disastrous stay at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana.
We booked an 11-night family vacation through Ovoyages and Mondial Tourisme for €12,171, expecting a 5-star experience. Instead, we arrived to a dirty, unsanitary room (hair in the shower, food on the floor, clogged toilets, stained sheets, broken glass in the sink). Complaints were ignored, and we had to wait over 16 hours for a new room, losing an entire day of our vacation.
The facilities were poorly maintained—the water park was unsafe, the sports courts were in bad shape, and the pools were dirty. The restaurants were a huge disappointment: slow service, poor hygiene, frequent stock shortages, and an unacceptable wine selection. We even had to chase after basic drinks for days.
Throughout the stay, we dealt with clogged toilets, broken air conditioning that flooded our room, and extreme noise at night. The so-called "VIP experience" was nothing but an aggressive sales trap.
By the time we left, our vacation was completely ruined. This hotel is unworthy of 5 stars and a complete scam. We demand a refund for the nights affected and urge agencies to stop selling this resort. Avoid at all costs! 🚨

Our vacation, organized by Ovoayage, turned into a nightmare at Hotel Jolie in Palermo. After the first two nights (August 28th and 29th), we woke up covered in bites, thinking they were from mosquitoes. But on the last night of our trip (September 4th), we woke up at 3 a.m. to find our bed swarming with bedbugs and bloodstains. The bed was infested with these horrible bugs. We were shocked and disgusted.
We told the hotel staff right away, but they didn’t seem surprised, which made us think this wasn’t a new problem. We left the hotel, terrified the bedbugs were in our luggage and clothes. During our trip home, we found more bedbugs on us and in our belongings.
The stress of bringing these bugs home was unbearable. When we got home, we had to throw away thousands of euros worth of clothes and shoes after finding even more bedbugs in our suitcase. We’re still dealing with painful bites, a constant reminder of this disgusting experience.
Ovoayage did nothing to help us. They took no responsibility and left us to deal with this nightmare on our own. Avoid Ovoayage at all costs. This trip was completely ruined, and we’re still dealing with the consequences.

Notre séjour, organisé par Ovoayage, s'est transformé en cauchemar à l'Hôtel Jolie à Palerme. Après les deux premières nuits (28 et 29 août), nous nous sommes réveillés couverts de piqûres, pensant qu'il s'agissait de moustiques. Mais lors de notre dernière nuit (4 septembre), nous nous sommes réveillés à 3 heures du matin pour découvrir que notre lit grouillait de punaises de lit et de taches de sang. Le lit était infesté de ces horribles insectes. Nous étions choqués et dégoûtés.
Nous avons immédiatement informé le personnel de l'hôtel, mais ils ne semblaient pas surpris, ce qui nous a fait penser que ce n'était pas un problème nouveau. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel, terrifiés à l'idée que les punaises de lit aient envahi nos bagages et nos vêtements. Pendant notre voyage de retour, nous avons trouvé encore plus de punaises sur nous et dans nos affaires.
Le stress de ramener ces insectes à la maison était insupportable. En arrivant chez nous, nous avons dû jeter des milliers d'euros de vêtements et de chaussures après avoir découvert encore plus de punaises dans notre valise. Nous souffrons toujours de piqûres douloureuses, un rappel constant de cette expérience répugnante.
Ovoayage n'a rien fait pour nous aider. Ils n'ont pris aucune responsabilité et nous ont laissés gérer ce cauchemar seuls. Évitez Ovoayage à tout prix. Ce voyage a été complètement gâché, et nous en subissons encore les conséquences.

No support, help, or advice from Ovoyages at all.
We were welcomed at Lanzarote airport, and told to contact the Ovoyages rep, which we did. I spoke to a woman who said she would meet us the next day at 11.30. After waiting in vain for nearly 1h, I rang her, left a message, but nothing. No explanation, excuse or help of any sort from Ovoyages during our stay!!!!!! Not impressed!!!!

Nice hotel. Beautiful pools. Staff is very kind. The animation team is very friendly especially Smain he always puts people in a good mood. The only thing that we don‘t reccomend is the food and drinks. The food is often the same and there is a small selection of cocktails that are included.
