Hice un pedido el día 11/08/2024, en una de sus web: PIOMBO. Me anularon parte de el y me di cuenta porque en la cuenta me habían devuelto el dinero y me hicieron otro cargo con un importe menor, pero no te notifican nada. En cuanto al seguimiento tampoco te dan un número, ni empresa de envío. En los plazos de entrega indicaba de 1 a 5 días y ha pasado más de una semana y aún indica en la web en tránsito. Además de todo lo anterior, me han hecho el cargo doble.
