Lars (Team Ovshop) responded to my first inquiry within 24 hours or so. Subsequent questions had almost an immediate response as I communicated very early in the day. There is a 9-hr time difference between my location and The Netherlands. I had questions that went beyond the OVshop website.
The answers that I received for my specific inquiries (including which is the appropriate travel card to buy; whether the pavement was smooth or cobblestoned -- I have brand new luggage with wheels; and travel desk hours of operation and location at Schipol Airport) were clear and gave me confidence in knowing how to be prepared for my upcoming trip to The Netherlands.
Lars also recommended that I download the NS App so that I would have direct access to transportation schedules. He also suggested that I use Google map to supplement walking to my destination.
