Stole more than half my deposit after I paid for a professional cleaner who left the property spic and span. The property looked better at the end of my tenancy than it did at the beginning. Spent 1 year at the property and had to leave as they refused to fix a leak. The agency particularly a man which I wont name was very rude and dismissive. I have dealt with this company before but it seems like they have gone downhill.

Colin & Alex and their team are fantastic, I honestly can't rate them high enough. Their real estate knowledge and local knowledge are invaluable and everyone I dealt with at any time has been wonderful, namely Matthew and also Harry. The communication throughout the process is one of the best things, if they say they'll call they'll call, even if it means calling with now news but just because the process was made to 'let you know'. I think a lack of communication in real estate transactions is one of most buyers/seller/landlords/tenants biggest gripes so it's wonderful to use an agent who keeps in touch.
Members of my family have used them several times and the service has never faltered. If you want to sell or rent a property I'd definitely recommend instructing them and if you're buying/letting through them you'll know your purchase/tenancy is in good hands.

All the staff at Owen Lyons, Grays were involved with the sale of my deceased mother’s house. We were kept informed every step of the way and myself and my sisters had a very good rapport with these young men every step of the way. Completion was/is today and we are very happy that everything has come to a conclusion. Thank you Owen Lyons for all your help. Would definitely recommend. Anne Starns.

AVOID THESE THUGS- I made an appointment to view a house, unfortunately something happened I rang them to cancel the appointment. I was surprise to hear a thug voice telling me that I was rude and I should not cancel my appointment. He was so rude and aggressive that I will never approach them to view a house. Please do not make them your agent to sell ay properties as buyers would be putt off by their unprofessional awful attitude. They will never sell your house. They are just bunch of thugs.
