Adds no value over the old systems and has twice the problems

This is the worst heating system I've ever used, and I've lived in 4 different countries in very cold climates that require these systems to work properly.
It doesn't do any more then the old battery operated ones do, but it has a lot more problems. I've only been using it for 2 weeks and I've had to contact them 4 times now. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well; with no acknowledgement of my name in the responses and I was even told off for resetting it when, after 2 hours of waiting for a response in winter and not getting one, left me with no choice but to do just that.
We've given up on this now and booked an engineer to come in and change it to something more reliable - who echoed the sentiment btw.

Rude Customer service

After a few emails, which were ok, I sent an image to check if i had installed in the correct postion and got this back: "What else do you want from us? I have given you all relevant info" - This was not even a support case but it was about purchasing more items and I was checking which items I needed (standard or large clamps)

A tuppence ha'penny outfit.

As a previous reviewer has pointed out the subscription renewal process is a nonsense !!! I did have a Paypal account at one stage and found that their promises to resolve issues was very hollow so I closed my account. So I tried to pay via my debit card but got a Paypal message saying that it was not possible to make the payment. I contacted Owl regarding the matter and received an email message basically telling me I was an idiot. After numerous attempts to make payment via debit card that failed each time I decided that the only way was to open a Paypal account, make the payment then close my Paypal account. This is definitely a tuppence ha'penny outfit - rude, arrogant and definitely unhelpful. Their equipment fails - I have had to replace my room sensor twice now. Avoid this company at all costs !!!

No reminder about my subscription…

No reminder about my subscription expiring. Tried to log in to renew my subscription but I could not. I contacted Owl Intuition by email and was told to pay by credit card instead of PayPal using a different link. It still would not work. My web browser came up with 'insecure link' warning!! So I decided not to go any further. At the end of the day exactly what am I paying for? I am sure that I can live without the hassle of it. Perhaps it would be money for nothing since they cannot be bothered to even reply with an apology. The original company appears to have gone 'bust' in late 2023 so exactly who owns it now and to whom are we paying our subscriptions to? Avoid..

Avoid this company

I have several of the owl devices, they started charging annually for the service but despite paying my system hasn't worked properly for months with a pop up on the app saying non payment, this has happened on 2 consecutive years, when I complained telling them to "sort themselves out" they refunded my payment and told me they didnt want me as a customer due to my abuse! this will make all the devices unusable.

Absolutely disgusting customer…

Absolutely disgusting customer services. I struggled to re activate my subscription. All I got back was they can log on. So I should be able to. No help no support. Terrible service. Agent 2 you should be ashamed of yourself.
I've requested purchased the subscription but still doesn't work. Not helpful at all.
