I was told by David that I would receive a call after the inspection to briefly cover what was seen before the report was written, that didn't happen. The report was thorough however was well after the timescale given of 5-10 working days. I had to repeatedly chase to get hold of it. Was told he would call me a few days later, that never happened, gave him grace of an extra day after that and still no word. Then I tried calling him, leaving a voicemail and emailing him and never had any reply to discuss some questions that I had. Very disappointed as he came recommended to us. I will not be recommending his services going forward. Such a shame.

I wish I’d read the only review before instructing David. He was lovely on the phone and while he valued my
Mum’s house for IHT purposes but he hasn’t sent the report and is now ignoring calls and emails. I will update this review if he gets in touch again but for now, I’d recommend avoiding using his services :(

David is very nice to speak to but he carried out our survey on 1st September and it is now 17th October and we still have not received the report, which has caused significant delays to our house purchase. It is also difficult to reach him by phone and email when trying to get an update.
