Really poor experience with this company. Ordered a set of vehicles for my dad's birthday and the website said same or next day dispatch on all orders. After 5 days I chased my order as no communication and suddenly got a dispatch email.
Was advised they were 'busy' however no communication and didn't match what they stated on the website either. Tried to pass it off as 'packing time' but when you state a dispatch time then stick to it!

My wife ordered 2x bundle boxes, stated on their website to have a minimum order value of £100+
One bundle barely managed that, the other felt far short!
Having seen other reviews etc I was hopeful, but only receiving 13x vehicles for £100, and with them nearly all being obscure 'old' vehicles (namely tan military ambulances and very old fire engines) this was not a very varied set for a "collector"

A lot of items appear to be there for purchase, only for them to take your money and then send an email with " An item you ordered is out of stock". Photos of products are misleading as wheels and details differ from what you see when buying. I will not be using them again and customer service is slow and lackluster. They need an overhaul!

Substandard quality, not like they used to be. Ordered a truck and was delivered quickly, however, the truck had significant issues with the print on the truck. We had gifted it to a family member and they pointed the issue out.

Customer care kindly offered exchange if we return it, however, item already gifted and family member didn’t want the fuss to return item. Left us embarrassed gifting a faulty item and they too didn’t want us to have to sort it out as they felt guilty in having to spend time to resolve the matter.

Shame the truck was allowed to be left in a poor state, so won’t be buying again due to lack of quality control and will seek to buy items from other known makers (or buy from used sites).

This company is an absolute delight to deal with, with a personal touch that I find amazing in this day and age. Bought a ‘bundle’/mystery box last Christmas, and have just ordered another one. If the quality and value for money are as good as last time, a certain birthday boy will be over the moon!

I have a number of Oxford Diecast models in my collection and I also use the models in diorama's that I build. The standard of each model is amazing and they really are just miniatures of the real thing. This week I received a Mark II transit and the Bug both amazing in detail and capture the image perfectly. The MK II transit is sat next to the Mark 1. I also received the F88 Volvo Bulk Tipper Russell of Bathgate. This model in my eyes is perfection with an amazing paint Job..Affordable models at an affordable price - also watch out for the bundle boxes they offer as these are amazing value for money...

Bought this from a diecast site only to find out order arrived was plastic very misleading online waste of money
